The company did not issue a refund even though no services were rendered. They consistently stated their "finance" team received mu tequest yet a refund was not issued.They then tried to sidestep issuing a refund by offering more services. I was keen on leaving them a decent review based on their interactions with me but since a simple refund couldn't be issued now that will be the case since this is highly unprofessional.Update: I went through my bank to obtain my fee back from this group since I didn’t receive my refund when I asked. My bank credited the amount back to my account. I was not happy that I had to take that route to receive my refund.
I wanted my book to look professional, and Book Writing Consultant made sure of it. Their editors and designers turned my manuscript into a polished masterpiece!
