I needed to cancel a dual subscription and Michelle got my request taken care of promptly.
Michelle went out of her way to replace an order for me that was stolen off my porch. Totally unexpected and refreshing in the world of customer service today. Definitely makes me want to remain brand loyal to a company I already appreciated.

We have been purchasing perfect amino tablets monthly over the last 18 months or so. However for our latest order they were out of stock so I decided to try the powder. It did not seem to be as effective as the tablets to us over the two weeks we tried to use it. So I called to see about an exchange. Michelle was the customer service rep that assisted me and she made the return and exchange process incredibly easy. Emailed me simple to follow instructions and has me on track to get my powder perfect amino substituted for tablets. She also helped me in the past when I first started ordering by helping me find the maximum discounts and fastest shipping available for my desired products. These guys stand behind their product and the customer service has always been great.

I’m taking Perfect Aminos to help reduce muscle loss on GLP-1. I have only been taking it for about a week so I can’t meaningfully talk about results yet, but my feedback so far is that I think I will try the coated tablets next, as the uncoated don’t taste/smell super great and are hard for me to get down (I am sensitive to this in general though). Although it’s not my preference, I think it’s nice that they offer this option because if the taste doesn’t bother you then the absorption seems to be really quick and it has less ingredients if that’s something you care about.Also, this company has notably great customer service. Ryan was able to offer some helpful and generous solutions (for a problem I caused). This was on a Sunday morning through email and I wasn’t expecting a response until the next day at some point, but I got an email back within 2 minutes AND additional follow up the next day. Very impressive. You can tell they really care about, and invest in, the customer experience. Looking forward to seeing the physical benefits.

When my order did not arrive, I sent a screen shot of my package stuck in transit (according to the delivery tracking system) and Michelle was able to get a replacement sent out quickly. She is very easy to work with because of her warmth and professionalism. I am now a happy customer.
