Best fitness program - great alternate to regular gym or PT
Best fitness program around. Costs a bit more than your regular gym, less than a PT session a week. Classes are a great mix or cardio and weights. Exceptional trainers, great encouragement and tips with technique. 8 week challenges provide amazing results-follow a dietitian set menu, attend the classes and drop the kilos or tone. A member since Jan 2023, after an 8wk challenge I'm 9kg lighter. Highly recommend-branches in most locations
