We are a non profit. We received a $20k donation. Blue Vine could not articulate a path to us being able to cash the check. Walked into my local bank, presented the check, and opened a new account instead. Just do it local.

This was the easiest and fastest loan approval process I've ever encountered. We had approval for a line of credit with funding the next day. Clear and transparent process. John took the time to answer questions that we had.

Customer service was outstanding
Setting up a completely new business account can be stressful, all the forms, data, etc. but Bluevine's process is easy and logical. But most importantly their Customer Service is outstanding. I accidentally mistyped my email and their support was incredible. I was panicking, but they were not and even kept checking with me after the matter was solved to be sure I was satisfied. The tone of the support rep was very empathetic and even though it was my stupid mistake, Bluevine handled it like champs. I highly recommend them!
