I have been on the blueprint protocol…

I have been on the blueprint protocol with almost every supplement and just after 3 weeks my life has changed substantially. It is not expensive because you are supplementing the nutrients that are very hard to get from food. Healthy food is also expensive but you never know what you are getting. If blueprint went out of business I would be very lost of what to do. My results are, 30% increase mental clarity (i now read, practice mind games and use my words more carefully), 40% increase in cardio strength, my body is in amazing shape, my hunger is gone, my sleep is amazing, im making more money because of mental clarity. I went all in and im extremely happy I did. My goal is to make $1 million per year and prepare for if blueprint goes a different direction i can afford to recreate those same ingredients and continue the protocol. This is no joke a life changer

I really admire Bryan Johnson's genuine intention to enhance the livelihood and the longevity of human beings. What I like is his scientific approach and research-based recommendations. I follow him closely and plan to implement the protocols I can implement.

Support is slow to respond

Support is slow to respond. They say they cannot cancel an order as it has been sent to shipper, but shipper hasn't received item for 3 days past the date support states it's too late. I will be disputing with bank.

Hard to see results when you can’t get the product

I used this peptide serum for a month and reordered it, but my second order was placed over a month ago and still hasn’t arrived. Support claims to have reshipped it three times, yet nothing has ever been delivered. Since this product requires consistent use, the month-long gap has essentially wasted my first month, and it is not inexpensive.At this point, I’ve contacted support several times because my order just never shows up. The first time it shipped, Molly told me I needed to wait 15 days, and then I should check back. That’s been the pattern every single time shes responded: “watch the tracking number,” “check back in a few days.” It’s never proactive. It always falls on me to monitor everything and reach out when nothing happens. There has been zero follow-up from their side.And one more thing worth noting: although the company emailed me to acknowledge my review, they never actually published it on their website. So whatever reviews you see there should be taken with a grain of salt, because it seems they’re selective about which ones get shown ,especially if they’re negative.I really like the brand and have spent over a thousand with them, hoping to remain a loyal customer, but the shipping and support issues with this serum make it impossible to recommend right now. You’ll spend more time chasing down your order than using the product.

I've bought pretty much everything…

I've bought pretty much everything (supplements, longevity mix, honey, creatine etc) and am sure I am feeling better -- trying to offset low grade inflammatory arthritis. One shipment got stuck in UK customs (wouldn't allow the collagen in), customer service was great and sent out a replacement shipping (I got the original later). Recently started the skincare and got haircare for my husband..fingers crossed. I trust Blueprint has done the work to make good products.

Not healthy like he makes it seem

I ordered the Blueprint Longevity Mix and I made a complaint that the product was not as advertised and is loaded in artifial sugars and flavorings. I asked for a refund and they refused despite the fact that I have an unopened bag and by Michigan’s Consumer Protection Act (MCL 445.903)- they are legally obligated to provide a full refund. Very dishonest company.

Caffeine not mentioned on label

Been using Vasopro Plus for a month now. It mixes easily with liquids, particularly nice with lemon or orange juice. The package does not indicate that it has 80 mg of caffeine per serving. No wonder my sleep has been disturbed these last weeks. Now I take it only early in the day. It seems disingenuous to not label all the ingredients. Now I don’t trust the makers of this product. Will finish taking it since i paid a lot for it but not even sure it has been tested properly by independent science.

They never published my honest review

I'm a huge fan of Bryan Johnson and his Blueprint products. However, my 2-star review for one of his products (Red Yeast Rice) never got published. It seems like they only publish good reviews on their website and delete the rest. This is anything but acceptable.

Great products but horribly shipping…

Great products, but horrible shipping and customer support! They gave FedEx the wrong information about my package (I talked with FedEx), so I couldn't receive the package. Customer support is very slow and useless.It's been one month since I placed my order, and I still haven't received my package or gotten my money refunded.

Broken capsules in delivery

It’s ridiculous that customer support doesn’t answer back. Received a second shipment of vitamins and drink to find out the essential softgels broke in the bottle. Just a red mess and I sent pictures. Anyway, sent a note to customer service last Monday and again on Wednesday and now sending a third inquiry. Customers chasing is a really bad model for support and there is no phone number.. I really like the product but for the price, it’s unreasonable for customer service not to resolve damage goods.

I spent £280 on Blueprint

I spent £280 on Blueprint (Order #251101). The money was taken from my account and I never received my package after 1 month waiting. I’ve contacted customer support 3 times and had no response back. I don’t think i’ll ever see my money again or get the products I paid for.UPDATE: Issue now resolved. I had to use a different email address for customer service which was not the link on the website. It may be an erroneous link. Once I got through to an agent they resolved the issue within 24 hours. As a result, I am increasing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.

Poor logistics, poor support

Not a review of their products, but of their logistics and customer support. Their international shipping is a joke, and their support is non-existant.
