Won’t give your money back per contract
If I could give a 0, I absolutely would! Been trying since February 2022 to get the warranty I paid extra for refunded as I’m legally allowed to have per the contract and Ann at BlueDog Rv (bend/Redmond) locations will not call us back, return any phone calls. We are owed over $4,000 and magically no one can ever return our calls. If they do call, they leave a voicemail, we call right back and (GASP) no one answers or returns the calls. We sold our trailer and it has been paid off, so I want my damn money that was only supposed to take 4-8 weeks to arrive not 9 months!!!
