Their software is really easy to use and takes way fewer steps than most systems out there. Anytime I have a question or need something, their reps are quick to respond and easy to work with. I’m also happy I’m saving a lot on card processing fees, which were getting pretty expensive before.

This platform is excellent, offering everything you need in one place. After researching other POS providers, blogic was the only one that wasn't cloud based. It would be foolish to choose anything else!

The POS system is excellent, and the customer service is very good. While I felt I could have used a bit more training initially, the support team guided me through any issues I encountered online and over the phone. They've consistently been polite and incredibly helpful whenever assistance is needed.
My encounter with the blogic team was fantastic. Having implemented their system across multiple restaurantns, I can confidently say it's been consistently satisfying. Jerry, our installer, and Bryant, our trainer, were b oth exceptionally skilled, making the entire process seamless and straightforward.

Our previous POS system was a nightmare. Whenever we faced issues, we endured lenghty hold times, were transferred to tech support in india who lacked knowledge about the product, and often god disconnected in frustration. Switching to blogic has been incredible! problems are infrequent, and when they do arise, they're promptly resolved. We appreciate the rgular updates and new features. I wholeheartedly recommend blogic without any hesitation.
