Chris knocked it out of the park again! My family and I were in Montana right before the arctic storm was about to blow through. Knowing good and well our commercial flight would be cancelled or delayed the next day we reached out. He got us a great deal on a one way VERY last minute Lear. It was with a lovely bottle of wine, charcuterie board and two very accommodating pilots. Couldn’t have asked for a more seamless solution!
Chris and his personal valet service, especially with the complimentary Rolls Royce ride home.
Chris is a true professional. He was able to source a plane at an extremely competitive price point with 15 hours notice flying from a foreign country into the US. When we were diverted to a nearby airport, he comped us transportation for the inconvenience. This business has a wide range of service, and Chris is top notch. I’d work with him again without hesitation.

From the first phone inquiry this morning, Chris was pleasant, informative, polite and responsive. He found a plane within about 90 minutes. He then meet our car outside the terminal and loaded the bags onto a valet cart, and escorted us into the lounge area prior to boarding. Chris and his staff helped my wife and her mother onto the plane and then waited with me for “wheels up” before leaving the terminal. Excellent experience all around.
I used Bitlux to travel to the BVI's. From the beginning speaking with both Kyle and Caio, they were both very informative of all the questions I had. Being in todays environment with Covid, I wanted to review all possibilities of things that may arise out of my control. They both were very professional in their responses and covered all basis with the travel. I shopped around before Bitlux and almost went with a company offering a King Air 350. With Bitlux, they offered a Hawker 800 which is a jet versus a propeller plane. In my view my the price difference was minimal and worth it for the faster travel time and sound from being a prop plane. Caio even came out to the plane to ensure everything was a perfect experience before taking off. My wife and friends enjoyed every minute and happy we chose the Hawker 800. I highly recommend them as it was such a streamline process from booking, payment, to their follow up.
I had a situation where I needed to get to my destination fast. BitLux met all my travel needs. Booking was so simple, Caio helped me with my itinerary. He even educated me into a closer airport to my final destination and saved me a drive.
