Good hosting Website
Just honestly one of the easiest ways to host server. They do everything for you! Would recommend for anyone wanting an open server that they don't need to leave their computers on 24/7

Solved Import Issue
I was working with Ryan P and a small issue with importing previous server files to a new one. Although probably small in comparison to other possible issues, he was still very helpful and worked diligently to help me out. Awesome support.

on many occasions I have help amazing help from staff of bisect, most of them different each time, but twice now Ryan P has helped me in getting the server running with no faults I'd highly recommend bisect and his help if ever needed

This is my third major technical issue with a bisect server, and Jacqueline made my experience genuinely enjoyable -- a tough task when dealing with crashes and large file sizes! Very good experience with servers and support
Very good experience administrating the server and its settings. Interface friendly and intuitive. Also, I had to open a ticket for support with a question and it was the fastest and best support experience I've ever had! Jacqueline answered unbelievably fast and solved the issue quickly and very politely.

I was a little hesitant to choose…
I was a little hesitant to choose bisect when comparing server providers but I am glad that I did, it may be a little more expansive than others but it comes with so many perks, the best I've noticed being the customer support, I had an issue that I had no idea how to fix and reached out to submit a ticket, I was greeted by Jacqueline H less than 3 minutes after submitting my issue. She was extremely professional, friendly, and seemed very confident with her abilities, if bisects other customer service agents work as well as Jacqueline did then I know I'll be in good hands! 10/10

I had a support staff by the name of Clay G
I had a support staff by the name of Clay help me with account issues. I got a response within 10 minutes of my initial email. I expected wait upwards of a day, but instead my issues were solved within 30 minutes. Excellent turn around time.

I made a server for the first time on BisectHosting. And it has everything : Xboxbroadcast, endstone, easy management. I truly recommend this hosting if you want to setup a server without any troubles !

Yes it runs great but sometimes lag…
Yes it runs great but sometimes lag appears and i was kicked out of the server 2 times without apparently reason. But I am pretty happy with the server. Maybe a cheaper selection would be great cause we are only 3 and we are forced to pay a 15 player server cause 4 player server's memory is insufficient.

Very good support
I came from a different hosting server, Whose support really sucked. You had to spend money to get them to answer your support tickets faster than 4 days.Not here though everytime i open a new server and have a issue with mods on my server they answer within minutes. Great service!!!!

Massive help
Im not very good with articulating my words. But I will do my best. I had the pleasure of having the help From Timmy M and Caleb C. They were all super helpful, and explained things to me in a way that I was able to process. I have some processing issues with my brain, so they were really helpful. I was trying to set up an SMP for me and my friends, and my kids. But I was having some issues figuring out how to actually add the mods, and make sure the correct mod type was in there. and These guys were able to help me out so much.Thank you for your time, and your help. I asked if there was a way to tip them, But i do not think so even though Id love too.
