Do NOT use this company! It’s a total scam. I ordered a bird feeder and over 2 weeks went by without any package or confirmation that it was shipped. Multiple emails went unanswered. Luckily I used PayPal and was able to get my money back.
My kids bought me a bird feeder/camera for Christmas 2022. It stopped working before Christmas 2023. The directions that come with the feeder/camera are a joke, There is no customer service. No response to three emails to customer service and no phone number is given on the web site. The five-star reviews are a scam, IMO. This is a $200 item with no support, no customer assistance and it did not even last one year.
