Please do not use this company

I feel scammed. I paid them $2700 to get credentailed with 15 companies. After a year only 3 were complete. When I complained they escalated my account and nothing happened.

In just one week...

Ansh is my account representative and he immediately was able to handle all of my needs and give me in-depth answers on each insurance plan. I have been with this company for 3 years. In that time, I had gotten on zero insurances. In one week Ansh got me on 2 insurances and the paper work for 3 more. I can't say enough how important he has been to the success of my business. Highly recommend.

Unprofessional Exit & Salary Not Paid

I was hired by Bikham Healthcare in December month and got instant terminated in January citing “AI automation” and “budget crunch” as the reason without any prior update or notices. The separation process was extremely unprofessional.Despite working during my tenure, my pending salary has not been paid. I have reached out multiple times via email and other communication channels, but there has been no proper response from the company’s side.Sudden termination without proper notice and withholding salary reflects poorly on management and internal processes. Transparency and employee respect are very important in any organization, and unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that. I will never recommend anybody to join Bikham Healthcare because of their unprofessional management. I received FNF email which they are not paying in full and I don't agree with their FNF. I would advise future candidates to clarify employment terms, payment timelines, and exit policies in writing before joining.

I am very disappointed to share that…

I am very disappointed to share that this company is doing fraud with providers like us they are not giving approval of credentialing since from 2023 they are not able to enroll me with a payor like oscar, emblem & Humana if you ask them to refund they will not answer they are not even responding to our calls "DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY"

Actually filing a legal claim against this company along with 50+ other physicans and companies because they are not only failing to provide the credentialing services for which they are being paid thousands of dollars, but they have access to our date of birth and social security with which they are capable of compromising and conducting identity fraud. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Be aware of this company

Be aware of this company. They do not provide the services that they claim they specialize in. I signed an agreement with them 6/13/2025 for credentialing with 10 insurance companies. They state that this process only takes 120 days. It is now 1/26/2026 and I'm only credentialed with 5 insurance companies. My Medicare application is out there in la la land. My Medicare application was submitted 6 times because they failed to complete it correctly stating that they didn't know what forms were supposed to accommodate the application. I've had several credentialing specialists (so they claim to be) and they all are incompetent. Vikas, Amleesh, Mohommad, Mohit ETC all they do is lie in an attempt to buy themselves time to try to fix their mistakes. Lesson learned please check reviews before you put your trust in people because this company is not who they advertise to be. Stay so far away from this company. They are incompetent and they are thieves!!!!!!! STAY AWAY

This company is completely unprofessional and misleading. They took money but did not provide the promised service. No proper response, no resolution—just false commitments. I would strongly advise others to stay away. They all are fraud.

They have been miserable to work with…

They have been miserable to work with and asking for illegal information. Complaint number 1: They will withhold the fact that you are credentialed with a payer for some time before notifying you-like months. Stated they wouldn't inform the medical provider until they received the welcome letter and that the contract didn't count.... 2: Their every 15 day check on status is a joke. They would only check when I bugged them for updates on two of the insurances and I ended up doing them myself and finding out I was already credentialed. 3. Colorado Medicaid sent them 7 requests at different times for them to complete the same error on the application. When I filed a complaint with my "account manager and his manager" They said they had just received the notice and that it wasn't possible that they had received multiple requests as their system talks directly to Medicaid's system even after I sent them a screen shot of all of the requests that Medicaid had sent them. 4. I initially went with them because they stated that applying to the Medicaid RAEs in my state were part of the cost of the general Medicaid application and are now going back on that even after I included that question in several emails and asked repeatedly to the sales person. 5. They are asking for my username and password and backup codes to my Availaty account which is illegal per Availaty. Availity has now flagged them and will likely block all Availity access to them. I am attempting to get a refund but I am sure that won't happen. As an update as of 1/30/26: They have refunded me for the payors that they messed up on after trying to withhold the refund if I did not remove or edit this review... The higher management person that I spoke to around the refund was the one who was trying to withhold the refund if I didn't delete or revise my review. That management person eventually gave in after two meetings and me saying that I would write a follow up. I am sure that they have likely played this game with other negative reviews so I wouldn't trust the abundance of positive reviews.That manager stated that he would work with his team to inform them that asking for password and codes is not legal. However, it was what looked like a stock form that was requesting that information. He also said that he filed a performance review for the original account manager for not following up with Medicaid requests.

Outsourcing recredentialing is the best money I have spent in this business

I hired Bikham because I unsuccessfully worked for 9 months to get revalidated through Texas Medicaid. Through this process, Bikham had to recredential myself and my business through Medicare before even starting with Texas Medicaid. They were able to successfully accomplish all of this very expeditiously. Outsourcing to Bikham also removed the anxiety associated with the constant notifications of failures from when I was trying to do it myself. Highly recommended!!!
