Customer service was great
Customer service was great. (Erica) thank you very much. But the jacket was to big, returned it for a smaller size, but i haven't received it yet. I haven't heard any thing back as far as, did they receive it back, have they shipped the other jacket yet, or will they just give me a refund. That's what I hate about ordering online. Better to buy in-person, try it on, feel the leather.

Love this site.
Customer service was great, and speed of delivery was outstanding. The only issue I had was that I ordered something that showed to be in stock and when it was sent to be pulled it was no longer in stock so you refunded my money. I would prefer maybe sending an email or a call to see if would like a diffrent size.

Good company
Good company, good quality. Gloves run small I ordered extra large but by mistake I got double extra large. They fit perfect. I'm glad I got the double extra large by mistake.

Unethical company
Biker Universe is an unethical business. They and their sister company, Renegade Classics Baltimore, stole $1,575.00 in services from my company and have refused to pay. I image they wouldn't allow theft by any of their customers, but apparently it's okay if they steal from you. I'd be happy to remove this review if they'd pay their overdue balance. You all have my contact info.

My first time purchasing from biker…
My first time purchasing from biker universe and I will be ordering for them again. I reached out to customer service twice for a change and update on two separate days. I got same day response. My husband is pretty picky and he was happy with the quality of both items.

Customer Service Stinks!
I typically wear a large but when I received it was smaller than I would have liked it to be. I emailed and asked for a return label their comment to me was “Thank you for your email. No, we will not be providing a return label. As the product you ordered was exactly what you were looking for.” So, needless to say I will not be ordering from this company again

I typed Leather jeans into Google and your website came up immediately .. biker universe has many different styles and the price is just right, especially with the generous discount .. leather pants are sharp looking and for all occasions .. matter of fact I’m relaxed back wearing them now watching TV … they are incredibly comfortable and good looking .. straight leg and roomy at the bottom, they work with boots, tennis shoes or even house slippers .. and being leather they will last for a long time.

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. I ordered an XL vest and they sent me a small. They would not make it right and want me to pay the shipping back to them for thier mistake. Never again will I buy from them. Biker universe even has a shady name.

No refund The company has had my return for about…
The company has had my return for about a month and has yet to process the refund First they were having system issues and then have repeatedly told me I would receive the refund and I have not. I filed a dispute with my bank. Unacceptable customer service.

Over a month and still no refund
My husband ordered a jacket and the sizing didn't match the description. We returned the jacket in the beginning of April and have still not been refunded. The company has not been responding to my emails and I paid 20.00 for the return shipping. When I call they say it's an issue with their system and it's pending but it's been at their office over a month so it's hard to trust they will be giving my money back.
