BikeFlights has provided exceptional customer service every time I have used them for parts or whole bikes. They have a loyal customer here. Shipping rates are the best I’ve found anywhere, and the UPS home pick-up option is a major time-saver.
So much cheaper than regular UPS!
Most everything was simple enough. It would be good if we could weigh in at the drop point before we filled out our shipping info. totally guessing on weight.

Told me my box was bigger, it was not, then hit me with a 25% upcharge after it was delivered and was delivered late. They asked for measurement pictures after it was delivered. I asked to see pictures to prove me wrong, haven't heard back yet. Should have went with a different shipper. ripoff and bad customer service
Seamless, fair pricing, easy.Beware of other carriers offering cheaper rates (scam) that then hit your credit card for overages. I thought my cc was hacked! 1 year later still in legal tussle with F**Ex.
