We use Bigmailer to run our small software business. We send a newsletter and a couple of automated emails based on the stage in the funnel.Some things it cannot do in the web interface. For those, we were always able to find simple solutions by using the API.The support team is really exceptional. We have received help almost immediately whenever we needed it. At one point, we made a mistake with an API request, and a developer was able to help us out within minutes.I would choose BigMailer again for future projects.
