You Can Trust Them
Our son told us that our grandsons wanted a certain bike helmet for Christmas. I searched the web and found out that Bicycle Warehouse carried this helmet and I purchased two helmets in November. Our son said to buy large helmets so we did. The grandsons opened the presents on Christmas day and found that they were too large. Our son went to the website of Bicycle Warehouse and started a return which was quickly accomplished. I am very impressed by this company and will do business again. You can trust them.

I would order from them again! Overall, I'm very happy with my experience. I ordered a Giant Trance X, and it arrived very well packaged, and took little time to get set up. There was on issue, the bike I ordered was supposed to come with a charger for the Sram AXS battery. I contacted them via email, and Kathleen as amazing. She was responsive, courteous and seemed to really care about customer service. They fixed the issue quickly and shipped me a charger. For me it's not so much that a mistake is made, but how a company responds, and I am very impressed with Bicycle Warehouse, and recommend them.

I think it took a little longer to receive my bike than expected. My questions were answered promptly. I think your credit card shouldn’t be charged until the item is shipped.

They consistently lied to me about when my order would ship. They only shipped it after I threatened to have the bank do a chargeback.I will never, ever use this place again. There are plenty of other vendors that don't lie.

I ordered men’s padded cycling shorts…
I ordered men’s padded cycling shorts and it was my fault I ordered a size too small. I contacted them to request an exchange offering to pay shipping both ways since it was my mistake Unfortunately they don’t offer exchanges. Only refunds. With a restocking fee. Ok my error I’ll order a size larger and move on. I mailed my shorts and didn’t hear from anyone. I reached out and was told by Kathleen they hadn’t received them but I would be notified when they arrive by email. I asked Kathleen why does UPS show they were received a week prior? When I questioned them it was deflection time. Oh our receiving department is backed up and they will notify me by email when the item is received and the refund will be processed. I then receive a cryptic email showing one of their employees name with the last 4 of my credit card. This was their way to say the refund was already issued. There was no attempt at recovery from a frustrated customer or even an apology. It’s a very odd way to conduct business and I’m a very active cyclist with lots of friends. I won’t be shopping with them again.

Poor Service & Misinformation
They are dishonest about items in stock. They put me off for days saying they just had to pull the parts from their warehouse. Turns out they order your stuff from the manufacturer and then reship it to you.Cut out the the middle-person and order it direct yourself. You'll get it twice as fast.
