This is a phenomenon app for beginners or enjoy a light pace. The variety of workouts available to choose from is fantastic, there’s even face yoga and boxing. I have been weight training for 20 years, I do face yoga daily and so it wasn’t for me but it was remarkable enough for me to take note and I will definitely recommend to the appropriate audience. Customer service was top, I had cancelled and was still charged. I promptly contacted them, submitted proper documentation and was issued an immediate refund.

I ordered a body suit from #Betterme at the end of January. Unfortunately my parcel got lost, and I was very worried, that it will not come on time. I contacted support team and they managed everything for me really fast. I got my bodysuit just in couple of days after I wrote to the customer service and went on vacation very happy. The quality is just amazing and it is pretty comfortable to wear. Just recommend!

I am in awe of the customer service that I received from this company and its employees. I had a sudden medical emergency within a couple of days of signing up for my subscription. I requested to cancel as I didn’t know when I could resume normal activity. They immediately responded and cancelled my monthly rate. This is so unusual to find this day and time. Full refund received after persistence - Careful with the auto-renewal
I accidentally subscribed to a supplementary coaching plan and unsubscribed within 21 minutes. I have clear email timestamps proving I never used the service. However, BetterMe refused my refund and offered 'discounts' instead. This is an unfair trade practice. I have already filed a complaint with the FTC and BBB, and I am disputing this charge with my bank. STAY AWAY from their deceptive billing!UPDATE: I refuse all alternative offers or discounts. I want a FULL REFUND only. My Ticket ID is 15125555. I have already contacted your support multiple times, but no progress was made. Please process my refund immediately as stated in your reply that users can decline alternative offers.UPDATE (Feb 24, 2026): After declining their initial discount offers and insisting on a full refund by citing their public response, the company has finally issued a 100% refund (1,799.99 THB). I have also successfully cancelled the main subscription to prevent future charges.Lesson learned: Do not accept their "discounts" if you want your money back. Stand your ground, provide clear evidence (timestamps), and use public platforms like Trustpilot to hold them accountable.

Amazing customer service! I’ve always used their fitness app to lose some weight and get in shape but I sometimes would forget to cancel my subscription and this most recent experience was the reason why I always go back to them! Each representative I emailed was responsive and so kind. They took care of the charge and welcomed me back with open arms. They didn’t try to sell me on anything but just did exactly what I requested! Very grateful for them and would highly recommend!

Recently I have only purchased clothing and sometimes needed to return things or exchange for a different size. The customer service via email is prompt and it's easy to return or exchange items. The clothing is all well made, I think the sizing is off sometimes for example I normally wear a medium size since I'm only a 36B but I found for the workout bra tops & the zip top I ordered a Lg size fit better (they were fitted but not too snug). In pants I wear a small or XS but found the XS in some pants fit best while a small in others was just right. So you just have to try things, maybe order 2 sizes if not sure and send back what doesn't fit to your liking. Return shipping is free which is so nice & makes it easy. If you do that be sure to keep the tag on the item bc if you lose it or mix them up you can't return them. They have a very exactly system of keeping track of items. This seems like a good thing.
