I placed an order February 27th and still haven't received it or any communication such as a tracking number. I have emailed the company multiple times but have not received a reply.

Good Customer Service
I ordered an album for a birthday present. They did not have it in stock but were able to get it quickly. Then there was an issue with USPS, the tracking number was not updating the shipping status. I contacted Bes Vinyl, they contacted USPS and the album was delivered shortly after. I guess they must have been worried that the album had been lost so they shipped out a second album. I thought that was excellent customer service doing that without being asked. They got the album to me in time to give to my friend on their birthday so that was excellent.

Worst Service Ever
I ordered a vinyl a while back that turned out to not be in stock despite it being stated on the site that it was still available. They then kept delaying the shipment for over a month and kept breaking promises as to when it would be shipped till I had to threaten to get my card company in order for them to finally refund me. One of the worst experiences buying from a vinyl seller ever.

Was charged for an order placed over 3 weeks ago with no email since. No email confirmation or shipping update at all. I emailed them 3 times over a week and heard nothing. They basically took my money and did not send me my albums.

Vinyl album purchase
I ordered the best of Teddy Pendergrass. Album is great ! Service was great. Price was great! Delivery was on spot also! I would recommend buying from them for yours and my own future purchases.

This site is great for finding obscure…
This site is great for finding obscure albums, especially live ones! The shipping takes at least a month but it’s worth the wait- I just order ahead of time.

Perfect! A+ customer service and delivery
Ordered Madlib’s “Shades of Blue” from besvinyl.com and it was perfect! Shipping took a little longer than normal due to some stock issues. However, besvinyl communicated with me quickly and delivered the package in pristine condition to me between the timeline that was given to me from them. Overall great service that I highly recommend.
