delivery toke ways too long, crown arrived damaged ( black crown several places damaged and white alumium visible). battery in the back sticks out on the back and thus the watch can never be flat sticking to the wall but always about 1,5 cm away from te wall which isnt nice looking
The quality of the desk clock I revived (the Rolex Daytona with white dial and silver surround) is excellent, really pleased with it. It has already got lots of compliments :) They were also very swift in replying to my emails, so from a customer service perspective as well, it was a very good experience. Would certainly recommend them.
Do not buy off this company.Sold me a wall clock totally different than the one advertised which was a Rolex but sent me one without the Rolex name. A cheap box standard wall clock fit for the bin.Emailed them but they didn't even reply !Be warned before being ripped off !Clock is fit for the bin !Stay well clear away from them !Absolutely disgusted wity them !Filed a claim

I absolutely love the Rolex GMT-II wall clock. It is beautifully made with great attention to detail. On the specific detail of the stainless steel case, mine is pressed steel sheet rather than the “solid milled” described. As a Mechanical Engineer myself the pressed steel case is perfectly adequate and much more practical than a solid milled body.
I live in the the United States, Midwestern here. I purchased a clock and when it arrived - it looked great but didn't work. They were really good at responding to emails and didn't hesitate on replacing the clock. The new clock was shipped and it worked perfectly. I love stories that show obstacles, challenges that were overcome because life isn't perfect and mistakes happen. Do you stand by your product and provide good customer service? They certainly did. Wall clock is beautiful and solid, and feels of quality. Keeps perfect time. Shipping was a little slow across the pond, but they communicated updates well. Highly recommend and will be back myself.
The service from Time Creation was excellent and the clock itself is lovely. I have rated it 4 stars because the first clock that arrived was faulty, and although they immediately agreed to a replacement, their delivery company (UPS) let them down & the second clock never arrived. However, they then sent a third clock, which we finally received, and it was in perfect working order & looks great. Good product & good personal service, only let down by UPS.

I just took delivery of a clock from BWC. I was sceptical but optimistic about the quality (if that’s not an oxymoron!). Well, the clock arrived yesterday and it’s magnificent! Great quality, heavy, and a lovely finish on it. It also came triple bubble wrapped - if you’d dropped it, it still woodland have worked! I’m very happy and would highly recommend. I will be buying another clock from BWC soon!
The Rolex Submariner wall clock is very beautiful and very realistic. However, there is a slight glue leak near the date lens.Since the object is very beautiful, even more attention should be paid to the details to make the watch unique.
Tracking was updated and they responded quickly to my email. The clocks are beautiful high quality and a must have for ROLEX lovers. It is definitely a conversation piece!
