Avoid this company like the plague
Avoid this company like the plague. I order a refurbished phone from them, which I returned 2 days later, as the phone was faulty. I contacted them about the refund and used their return label. They asked me where I return the phone to and I replied that it could only be to them, because I used their return label. Next, they asked me to check the postcode I have sent it to, and it matched the postcode they sent me. The phone was sent through the Post Office and both the post code and address were correct. They told me that the phone had not been received, but I have tracked the delivery and it was delivered to them the next day. After a lot of wrangling with Amazon, they finally refunded me, but the refund was short by £50.00, despite the fact that the phone was sent to them in its original condition. I am now trying to get the rest of the money back, through Amazon. It has been a complete nightmare dealing with them. You have been warned!

I was really looking forward to using this template, especially since I've never used one before. The quality is great, but I have a feeling the math might be a bit off.
