I placed an order with Best Heating for a vertical single flat panel designer radiator that it turned out to be unsuitable. I contacted Sales and both Jack and Stephanie guided me through the process of cancelling my existing order and placing a new one for a more of suitable radiator. ABSOLOUTE RUBBISH!
ABSOLOUTE RUBBISH!Bought the 2000w oil filled smart heater. It arrived today. Its timy and its rubbish. I bought this as an updaye for a 1000w heater i have wich is alot better than this. Does not heat up the room at all had it on for three hours barely felt like it was on. Honestly do not waste your money aload of crap! ans the lead on it is so short!

Proactive Customer Service - very impressed
I had ordered radiator valves and the courier had scheduled them to be delivered on Wednesday. The delivery was delayed and communicated ahead of time by DPD but, without prompting a representative from Best Heating called me to make me aware of the delay and advised that he would be tracking the parcel to ensure that there were no further delays. The item arrived swiftly after, causing no inconvenience. This level of customer service has given me the assurance that if an order ever did go wrong that Best Heating would be all over it. Great customer service and great product.

I bought column radiators from Best Heating with a 25 year guarantee - one started to leak - phoned them regarding guarantee.Without hesitation asked for photos which were sent and within 4 or 5 days the replacement was sent. Brilliant after service 5* isn't enough.Shall buy from them again.

I did write a review four days ago, but for some reason that never published as I have checked, so it looks like best heating have sent me another request to leave a second review.I purchased an oil filled radiator rated at 2.5 KW. This was purchased because an old unit of almost 20 years decided to not work. The unit clearly works although it does concern me it is almost 1/4 smaller than the size of my older unit of the same wattage.I will say they both have a 2.5 kW heating element capacity, but as the sizes are completely different, I would say that the radiant heat from my old unit will be better than this one, and would heat a room up quicker. On my first review I did leave a photo showing the two units together but on this review for some reason it will not let me add a photograph this time.

My electric radiator heating element had stopped working. Holly, in customer service assisted me in running some tests to check where the issue was, she identified this and then sent over a new heating element. Perfect customer service - thanks Holly!

Avoid. Better out there.
Initial delivery was missed (my fault). Was told they were coming Monday so waited in all day. They didn't come. Called the Cal Centre and was told they couldn't find the valves so they would order more and they would come Thursday. They did. It was really heavy so called back and ordered the feet which came a few days later. Plumber came to fit and we realised we had 4 feet and no valves. I called up and was told I didn't order any valves and it was my fault. I asked what valves were lost if I didn't order them and what were ordered for me and why they them allowed me to by a second set of useless feet. I was told to read the terms and conditions. I asked to speak to manager and was told they wouldn't come. I pressed and they came back 5 mins later and was told they don't need to speak to me, it's my fault and I'll have to order the valves and pay the £100 call back fee for the plumber. I declined and ordered from Screwfix. This was a test run before I ordered 11 radiators for the rest of the house. Would have been around a ££5000 order. No way I'm giving that money to this lot. They literally couldn't care less. Please don't send an apology or an offer of contact. You didn't want to speak to me before this review and so I now don't want to speak to you. Shame as the actual radiator is quite nice.

Never thought I'd be moved to eulogise about a heating company - ordering radiators was not top of my 'exciting' list. However, this company have just provided me with truly exceptional customer service. From initial advice over the phone through to helping me with a next-day urgent delivery, tI was very impressed when they followed up proactively when they worked out I'd completed my email address incorrectly on the order and sought to reassure me that all was well with the order, manually attaching a copy of my receipt which would otherwise never have arrived. This was followed by a call on Monday to follow up that my order had been safely delivered, given they could see from an email received that it was important it was delivered that day. Honestly a complete joy from start to finish and the sort of thoughtful, proactive customer care that is all too rare. Well done and thank you to all involved!

We have purchased two traditional looking oil filled,wall mounted, electrical powered radiators from Best Heating in the last 4 years. The product quality is very good, but what makes Best Heating stand out is the excellent customer service, which is outstanding in our experience. We recently noticed a small weep of oil from one of the blanking caps on the kitchen radiator, and discovered that the rubber washer (gromit) was perished. We spoke directly to Best Heating and told them of our problem. They said that they don't normally sell that part separately, but would supply one (complementary) as we are existing customers.They asked us how many we wanted, and we asked for 4 just in case. Imagine how delighted we were when 2 days later we received the delivery which consisted of not just 4 washers but 4 new blanking caps as well, all free of charge.What a wonderful philosophy this company has, putting value of their customers first.

I bought 2 tall radiators from Best Heating 6years ago one started to leak phoned them regarding guarantee.Without hesitation asked for photos which were sent within 4 or 5 days the replacement was sent.A few weeks later the other one leaked they couldn't apologise enough and they sent the other replacement.I can't praise this company enough brilliant after service 5* isn't enough.Shall not go anywhere else👍

Different to picture
Ordered a radiator cover and it is different from the picture. The slats are thinner and gaps larger so the radiator is on full view. Sort of defeats the object really of trying to hide the radiator.Also looks cheaper quality than the picture. Can't be bothered to return it so it can stay until I find a better one

I ordered four radiators from this company, two were purchased approximately 6 years ago and one of the radiators we noticed the enamel cracking around the bleed valve. I rang the company and they found the original order back in 2016/2017.There was no problem, they ask for photos and have sent me a replacement radiator, I cannot fault the service and would highly recommend the company.What a pleasure to deal with, no stress, very efficient!!
