Scam artists….

If I could these fraudsters zero I would. I had a contract and work was done, windows needed replaced and a small amount was held back. They have never replaced the windows and I’ve recently found out that ALL the pvc cladding has been installed upside down meaning the room will not be water tight. They refuse to answer my calls. The office is virtual with staff admitting they lie to cover the bosses backs. They increased price on me several times through out the build and they have no clue what they are doing and are little more than scam artists. Please don’t use them… you’ll totally regret it and it’s a costly experience! I’m now going to take it down the legal route! Don’t trust Stephen, Neil or James… not one has been truthful or upfront with me and I have many many texts to prove it.

Stay away

I did a lot of research before choosing this company, I went to look at work they had already completed as it was a lot of money to spend. The quality of workmanship was good, and I had been dealing with a v helpful sales rep. I paid a substantial deposit and was told work would start end Jan, there was a 10 week wait. Nobody showed up, the sales rep told me he had left the business. I spoke to the marketing manager who apologised, copied all managers in the response to me and I was given another start date for march. Nobody showed up, this happened multiple times. The contracts manager came down and told me he had bought the company and scheduled a start date. We did have some work started in April, half a base done and no sign of any more being done despite a lot of promises. The work was not done by anyone shown on the Instagram/Facebook pages with the branded vans, it is a team from the new owner. The team posting on Instagram and Facebook are the ones I had made an agreement with and paid deposit to, they are trading again still under the same name, yet didn't honour the contract they had with me. They are also trading under the name timber frame extensions and have fbook and insta pages set up. Key members of staff who told me they were unaware and didn't know details re change in ownership are associated with the new company they are trading as and some of the managers copied into email responses to me (and haven't contacted me back or answered my calls) have multiple dissolved companies. Please do full research before paying any deposits to any business or company. I had researched quality of work but failed to do background checks on owners.
