4th time staying at Bellevue in…

4th time staying at Bellevue in Alcudia. 2 adults for 9nights booked with jet2. Stayed in studio overlooking the main strip out towards the old city. Checking was easy and helpful, short walk to our block about 10mins ( quicker without our cases) room was clean, 2 beds, 2hob cooker, microwave, toaster and fridge. Kettle was missing the prongs for plug went down to reception at 3 and new was brought up and hour later. Room cleaned 3 times during week which is more than enough. Used upstairs restaurant most of the week, and down stairs a couple of times. Food was simple always plenty and a variety of choices. Ate breakfast and evening meal as was off site most days at lunch. Jet2 staff and site staff were helpful and available. Booked for next year already.

Can I just say for a start all the bad…

Can I just say for a start all the bad reviews are from people that expect more than what they paid for its 3 star hotel and functions as one have been here multiple times for a family holiday and never had an issue food is pretty decent limited options but again its 3 stars if you want a 5 star resort go book one and stop complaining as for mosquitoes everywhere in alcudia has them or would you like someone to follow you around with a fly swatter

NEVER AGAIN. DEATH TRAP WATERSLIDES

Well what can I say other than we WILL NEVER RETURN.My daughter (8) went on the water slides, the green one with a bend, to be exact. The water jets were that fast, its thrown her straight into the side of the slide after the bend, causing a severe dental trauma. - an adult tooth thats had to be removed back in the UK, and a care plan until isabelle is 20 years old. AND there was NO LIFEGUARD PRESENT! Because he was with another person who cut their foot open on the same slide. The hotel could not of cared less. I told them what happened and their response was "and?"... as my daughter was 'unfit to fly' due to a 'head injury' jet2 said, we needed further accommodation for 1 more night to get a fit to fly form. The hotel made us pay full price for another room at 9pm at night, taking away our all inclusive package also, so no food. And kicked us out at 12pm next day (15 hours total, not 24). Made us sit in reception until we needed to leave for the airport. They never once offered my daughter anything whilst sat for 5 hours in reception, no water, pillow (as she slept so much from the trauma and couldn't eat), they just stared. Ive had no response from them regarding my complaint, they really just couldnt care!!!And for travel insurance, we did have it. But we was still €900 down in medical bills, taxis, prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relief, extra accommodation, food. Took 4 weeks to claim back. We will never return here.

Genuine review

Genuine review. Old and run down but perfect for self catering and normal use of then room. Overall clean. A week all inclusive would be a struggle.

Understandably this hotel is 3 star and I can see why!

Understandably this hotel is 3 star and I can see why as I think it could just be scraping by at that. The rooms are lovely, and they are clean on arrival however on our floor there must have been an issue with getting ours cleaned during the stay as for the first 4 days no cleaner came and I had to go down to the desk and request this, after my complaint I thought a cleaner would come more often to our room but how wrong I was. I had to go down to the reception to request more bedding, towels and toilet paper. The entertainment was ok, the staff at the entertainment were brilliant and very lovely people. However the drinks are shocking, you are given a cup full of their finest paint stripper labelled vodka and the only beer available is Amstel, we didn’t like the Amstel served warm with no fizz but there was no other beer option.I noticed Kopperberg in the fridge and asked for one of them and they said yes but you must pay for that, so even though I had paid all inclusive everything behind the bar was absolutely not all inclusive should you want Kopperberg, Desperados or anything else they had in a bottle or a can then you must pay extra. The food is terrible! We went all inclusive and unless you want cheep frozen pizza and chips or watery scrambled egg hold on to your cash and go self catering. The rooms advertised with a beautiful pool and beach views, we had a large over grown tree and a walk to the nearest pool, which leads me onto the state of the pools, we used the Deluxe pool when we come to know this was cleaner and much more looked after, however the other pools on the complex was filthy with tab ends floating in them. One night we sat on our balcony late on and one of us laughed slightly loud and the security came up to tell us to be quiet, however the resort had booked many students into the complex the same time that was throwing at ice cubes at people from the balcony’s including at children and setting their apartments on fire. Nothing was done about this until it continued to escalate and they smashed some of the sun lounged and trashed a pool and apartment block.

Never again ,

Pros~ animation team lots of poolsCons ~ sun loungers all taken all the time but not being used, travelled with elderly people who often couldnt get a seat at the pool, in the end I was carrying the patio chairs from our rooms over. There's also a huge lack of shade at most pools Restaurants ridiculously busy queues for everything if you have kids that need help it takes ages to get their food then queue for yours. Mosquitos deffo ain't queueing at the nightly shows. The fact there's probably over 100 seats at the show and only 6 bar staff max means you have to queue for 20mins plus for a drink. Why is it not self service for soft drinks like it is the rest of the day. 100% not staying here again it could be good but it was totally ruined by not having enough restaurants and bar staff for the number of people. ‘Hellvue Club’

Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and believe me I have stayed in some dumps. Hairs in the breakfast, showers that don’t work really unhelpful Jet2 and hotel staff. Filthy dirty rooms they only actually cleaned the room twice in 7 days. Literally nothing worked and most of the guests are like rabid animals when the buffet opens. We only breakfast the first morning because it was so horrible. Please PLEASE AVOID THIS ABSOLUTE DUMP… I mean they have the cheek to call it ‘Club’ lol

A acceptable Holiday ,basic and cheerfull

The accommodation was very basic. TV no remote sofa bed that separated when you slept on.it.the bathroom bath and cubicle was old with mouldy grout. soap was empty ,towels very small. bins not emptied on time .it was an apartment kitchen minute if you was self catering. Water is not provided unless at lunch evening meal or at a bar. we took plastic bottles to refill at the machine only at selected mealtimes or at bar. cofee served only morning and lunch not evening.Food was varied salads and Some Spanish dishes brought in.pastries lots of cereals and plenty of Eggs bacon and beans for English breakfast lovers. food became repetitive made in different forms .Lots of pools around a large complex some play areas slides but a lot too hot to use or cordoned off for safety reasons broken slides.Pools were cold , showed signs of dirt around pools but so much choice, you have to do a lot of walking to find them all.The beds by the pool were minimal more were needed there was capacity. The lifeguards were around to observe children . I think the air-conditioning in the room was great , the entertainment for kids and adult was very good. But again only 2 people serving drinks queues were massive. Staffing a little short.Overall an ok holiday ,my children enjoyed it they got sun ,swimming and plenty of pancakes. The sea was 15 minutes walk to a beautiful white sandy beach a bonus. Overall OK. a bit pricey for conditions. Mosquitoes are plenty !!

Bad experience for holiday break.

Just back from Bellevue club in Alcudia for a 10 day stay. We were a family group with two parties 2 adults and 3 kids and 2 adults and 2 kids in two rooms in Leda 3 block. 3rd floor We arrived at approx 11am and were told rooms would not be available till after 3pm earliest. We got into rooms just after 4pm. The room wasn't too bad for either family but the whole place looks a little tired throughout and not overly clean. My wife thought they must bring dust in to put under beds as it couldn't accumalate that deep naturally . The socket at the back of the TV was hung off wall with wires showing. There is a safe ,extra cost and deposit. rental of TV remote extra cost. In the 10 days we were there the bed sheets in either rooms were not changed, Bins in kitchen or bedrooms not emptied. Beds made up once in 10 days same sheets. Towels changed twice despite leaving service room sign out every day, had to dry them on balcony every night. funnily enough the second time they left clean and also the dirty still piled up on the bathroom floor. Cockroach seen in bin in one room and 1 urghh in the dirty laundry bag in one of the cases in one room. Reported but told they could spray the room but you wouldn't want to be in it afterwards. no offer of room change in interim so couldn't be done. It made us double check before packing anything for home. Restraunt, issue with not allowing us to push 2 tables together for family group of 9. Great deal of arguing eventually to allow us together they put reserved cards on two adjacent tables of 6 and 3 thus stopping anyone else using those for the whole meal times. barmy. We could have pushed together for meal and opened up after. This at side of a pillar so no loss of walkway. Food very samey and not the warmest. To be fair plenty of choice and you could manage to eat if picky. No coffee other than breakfast locked up other times. The staff friendly enough but you could have soup dish and dinner plate in front whilst eating dessert sometimes. Slow clearing due to talking among themselves.Outdoors . Sunbeds on leda block couldn't get beds around pool at leda even at 7 am. Found people reserving beds after dinner previous day. and a lot not occupying till mid afternoon presumably after returning from town or beach . No attempt by hotel to control. No pool/ beach towels available from hotel. Each of the blocks of which there are several, have some type of pool. several areas have play activities blocked off by tapes obviously for a long time. odd pool drained and empty. We managed to get beds around some of these areas by going around for 7-8am. Plus bars and snacks at each area open approx 11am till 5 ish . plus side lifeguards on duty . After this the only place to get a drink is a large open area called the Theatre. An outdoor stage with a thousand seats and tables around it. Two bars at back with long queues , could be 1/2 hr plus for drinks, beer in less than 1/2 pint hard plastic containers. Because the club Is round a lake there are a hundred thousand mosquitoes taking bites at everyone, we had jungle juice on and my daughter 40 plus bites. vicious bites as well. These bars the only source of all inclusive drinks after 6 in all the complexes. Cant comment on the shows couldn't last the mosquitoes long enough to watch. little fairground rides at side. staffed by none cheerful types no other comment. Wife walked down ramp from entrance to lead 3 to a pile of brick rubble that had just fallen from the underside of an upper floor balcony. reported it and they at least moved it and swept it up. Reception staff quite friendly and helpful I could see them giving out towels and toilet rolls to people in need as well as their usual duties. Leaving no one gets to keep a room on. You check out at 12am although the Maids try to hassle you earlier though god knows why. We were picked up at 8pm for airport. Thats a small synopsis of our visit. liked Alcudi and beaches the hotel not so much. Would not go back and wouldn't recommend. For what we paid we could have had a far far better experience £9500 for ten days. The hotel chain needs to seriously look at what they are offering for this level of cost and jet 2 should take note.

Do Not Bother !!

Rated 1 out of 5 starsDo Not Bother, disgusting, not clean or safe !!Arrived today and disgusted with the apartment, it was filthy and not safe for my special needs son, you will be shocked by my pictures , fair enough after complaining, they did in fact move us, to be honest only a littleBetter and you will still be shocked by the pictures of the second apartment!!Staff are friendly on reception and in fairness accepted the apartment was not fit for purpose, most definitely not a 3* hotelWouldn’t even give it 1* but had to.No Info given on entertainment or kids clubs etc, if you leave the complex make sure you sign in on the Wi Fi again. This is the worse place we have ever stayed in, both apartments need decorating and plug sockets and lights making safe, the amount of money we have paid for a self catering apartment is beyond disgusting, the manager of this hotel should be ashamed that are holiday is ruined and we should of listened to the reviews, never again will we give the Benefit of the doubt, we have complained to our Jet 2 Rep at head office and they have been trying to ring us but no signal so we are communicating through emailsNow and I have been told there is a jet 2 rep at reception through the day.I will leave you with the pictures and you can decide for yourself but honestly wouldn’t advise booking here just for the run down state of the apartments and it wasn’t just us complaining at the reception today!!!Also no chance of getting a sun bed as people leave the towels on them all night!!Will try and post the pictures Date of experience: July 23, 2025Cockroaches in the bedrooms also 🥲 Happy to send anyone pictures !!

"Hellvue"

I stayed at the Bellevue hotel in Alcúdia (not Port D'Alcudia, the other one) Housekeeping didn't come to our rooms once in the whole week we've been there despite going to reception 3 times, the bottom of the pool has many loose tiles and it cut my foot, food wasn't great and the staff were quite rude. Like moody teenager people. No air con and the electricity kept going off, a lot of cockroaches and the lock didn't work on the balcony door. It was quite shabby the apartment too. Mosquitos are rife and it looked like everyone had chickenpox. I shan't come here again and I wouldn't recommend it either. It's not "Bellevue" it's "Hellvue"

Love this place, beautiful views and perfect location

Love this holiday! Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. We went for the room only. We still got to experience these things in the hotel. Best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in sleek modern and clean. Can’t complain for what you pay for at all. Service staff were helpful. Check-in was a bit lengthy as it was midnight. Checking out was easy. Would definitely will be returning.

Infected Bed Bugs

I stayed at the Bellevue hotel with friends from 10th-14th October. We were really not looking forward to the holiday due to other reviews about the hotel. People are right in you get what you pay for but being a 3 star hotel you expect it to be at least ok.We had seen lots of people talking about mosquito bites and on the first morning my two friends went to bed with no bites and woke up covered. The following day I was the same after going to be with no bites. Later in the day we discovered these were bed bugs. We had also spoke to another family in our same block (Federa) and their family were also covered in bed bugs. At this point we requested a room move and they tried to put us one floor up in the same building. We didn’t accept this as the other family had been moved to a different block. We were moved to Leda 2 and had no issues for the further two nights.Unfortunately my beg bug bites became infected and I am currently being treated with antibiotics and strong antihistames. Please note the hotel has a facebook group which leads you to believe it is run by the public. I posted about my bed bugs in here and my comment was removed and I was blocked from the group. Same thing has happened with others that mention anything slightly bad in the group. The food was disgusting too. Avoid this place at all costs!

DO NOT STAY AT BELLEVUE CLUB!

If you value your hard-earned money and sanity, do NOT consider a holiday at Bellevue. Our ten-day ordeal featured the following.- Accommodation: Utterly revolting and unhygienic. We were greeted by wild cats in the foyer and a family of pigeons nesting on our inaccessible balcony, silverfish crawling everywhere, and a shocking discovery of ants and cigarette butts in our bedding. Oh and the air condition didn't work consistently.- Food: Inedible doesn’t even begin to cover it! We found shards of glass in our cups—not once, but TWICE—and hair in more than one meal. It was as if the kitchen staff had given up entirely on hygiene and quality.- Pool: Absolutely appalling! The pool was a cesspool of filth, with a foul, gooey film lining the edges and massive clumps of hair floating around like it was a horror movie. When a five year old child says its too dirty to swim in, it's too dirty to swim in! - Surrounding Area: Guests were forced to assume the role of janitors, cleaning up the pool area ourselves. We encountered piles of cigarette butts, overflowing rubbish, food scraps, condoms, and even human feces. It was a disgraceful sight!- Staff: Severely understaffed and shockingly apathetic. Most staff members couldn’t care less about our complaints. Guests had to band together just to find a glimmer of enjoyment amidst the chaos.- Discrimination: The most horrific incident involved our legally blind daughter. When she attempted to go on a jumping castle, she was denied because she wore glasses. This blatant discrimination shattered her spirit and caused profound distress for our entire family. When we sought help, the staff brushed us off, claiming it was not their problem since the fun fair merely rented the space.- From other guests: No air conditioning for duration of stay.- Customer in wheelchair forced to stay on top floor with lift consistently out of service.- Cat feices within hallway and walkways.- Loud alarm for close to two days.- Hand foot and mouth. - Headlice.- Bugs in food.- Belonging stolen from locals on site.- The Only Positive: A short walk to the beach, the night entertainment is pretty good, however is completely unwatchable due to swarms of mosquitoes that will leave you itching and miserable.Do yourself a favor—Bellevue Club Alcudia at all costs! This resort will leave you so upset and disappointed.

You get what you pay for

We returned home on 5th Spetember after a week at Bellevue. After reading the reviews weren't sure what to expect and we was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Reception was clean and staff were very welcoming. Checking was straight forward and we were placed in room 312 Leda 1 across the street. There's 2 lifts in leda 1 so was easy to get to the 3rd floor. We booked a 1 bed apartment for 4 people and it was spacious and comfortable. Our balcony looked over the pool. The first night we had water pouring from the ceiling in the bathroom & kitchen from the person above taking a shower. I called reception and they sent someone to fix it straight away. The maids come every 2-3 days which we didn't mind as I keep the apartment clean. We received fresh towels every 2 days. The complex is huge, lots of different pools and the water park. The water park had a few bits closed whilst we were there. With the complex being so big it's very busy, people do get up at 7am to put towels on sunbeds so it's very difficult to get one around the pool. There are lucky lucky men who walk around the pool but if you just say no thank you the leave you alone. At the Leda 1 pool there is a pool bar & a snack bar. Near the end of our week the beer went flat but they kept serving it. In the evening people do stay in the pool unill 10PM so theres lot of noise. The food wasn't great. There's no kids section. It's either pasta or chips which neither of my kids eat. The food is very odd job in my opinion. Lunch is the same, there's no ham or meat to make a sandwich. From day 2 we ended up eating out instead of using the all inclusive. Breakfast is the best meal the food is nice. The hotel is at the top of Alcudia strip which is perfect. You can get a taxi outside the hotel. Theres lots of really nice restaurants on the strip. The hotel is very much a 3star. Overall we had a great week. We would return to alcudia but we wouldn't rebook this hotel.

Perfectly OK for a family holiday

We have just got back from a 7 day stay and was very worried after looking at reviews but all 6 of us had a great time. We went all inclusive which the food was fine, it is basically the same every day but there is also 3 restaurants you can book as many times as you like which is Mexican, Asian and Italian which is included in the all inclusive (we were 4 nights to these, Italian and Mexican were the best). There are snack bars open from 11 which serve hot dogs, burgers, chips, salad and icecream (all just help yourself which the kids loved) . At the bars there is all fizzy drinks, juice like apple and pineapple and also slush machines coffee machines and local alcohol drinks which is all included (some branded drinks cost extra). There are different pools, one near the water slides (this one is near the self catering block which I think isn't as nice as the all inclusive building from what I heard) some quiet ones, one nearest reception is the entertainment pool and another with just one slide near merina 1. We stayed in serina1 (near a quiet pool with baby pool also) , we are a family of 6 and had two rooms, both rooms had two single beds and a sofa bed which wasn't amazing but perfectly fine, when we arrived at 4am the sofa beds were not made up so i did have to sleep with my 3 year old in a single until resolved the next day (a double and a single would have been alot better) .We did have a big issue with mosquitos, alot of bites and even the sprays from the local pharmacy didn't completely keep them away, my smallest two and husband didn't get bitten so think just depends on the person but take extra repellant as you will need it if someone who gets bitten. When leaving there is a suitcase room and showers as have to be out the room by 12 but we had a late afternoon flights so stayed at resort till 3.The resort is very large and although the all inclusive block is near all the food halls and evening entertainment it is not near the water slides and takes about 10/15 mins to walk there from serina1. Several signs up saying not allowed to reserve sunbeds round pools but if don't have your towels down by 8 probably won't get a bed as everyone reserves them. I did see the pools being cleaned and if went down at 7am then would be alot of rubbish but by 8.30 all cleaned up and round pools jet washed (also signs up saying to put rubbish in the bins but alot dont). They 100% need more sun loungers as apparently can take 4000 guests and probably not even 1000 beds total. We had a great time, weather wasn't great but that couldn't be helped but the holiday itself for the price was fab and if going I wouldn't look at the awful review, it's a nice resort, the cakes and icecream are amazing, muffins, pastries and doughnuts at breakfast, what more can you want haha.

Bellevue Club

Just arrived home from a fantastic week at Bellevue Club. The staff here are amazing and so friendly. We were in the beautiful Sirena 1 building and also received a free complimentary upgrade. Clean towels are available every day if required and cleaning 3 times a week. The view is gorgeous and the Sirena pool area is absolutely stunning! The restaurant is great, our 13 year old granddaughter is extremely fussy but she always managed to fill a plate. Yes it’s a but repetitive but aren’t all all inclusive hotels? It’s clean and the tables are cleared in jig time! In my opinion if people complain about mess etc then maybe have a look at yourselves, we saw paper cups being dropped on the ground when there was a bin 10ft away?? Maybe if I wanted to be a bit of a moaner I’d say the doors could be soft closing and the night time entertainment could be looked at but I couldn’t fault the way they are with children, they never stop and the kids love it, happy faces all round. Our granddaughter made loads of friends and she is very shy. Your holiday is what you make of it, go and enjoy! We are already looking to book to come back after only arriving home 7 hours ago! 🥰
