I started using Beefocal because I have ADHD and wanted something easy to stick with. I like that I can just sprinkle it on my food without changing my routine. I’ve felt more steady and focused during the day, with no jitters or crash. Simple, easy, and effective for me so far.

I have ADHD and I love adding this to my protein shakes for the L-tyrosine and focus/energy benefits without having to take a pill. It gives me a little boost of energy without stimulants. The taste is also very mild so I can't tell it's in meals.
Beefocal really helped helped me start my day off right. No coffee required to get going, so no caffeine jitters, and much better focus at work. I love that you just sprinkle it on top of your food and there's no taste or aftertaste to it at all. My food tastes the same and I can be productive throughout the day which is good for me, my business, and my family.
