Bedfords beat Nikon direct & Best Buy on pre-order new release equipment!
I got my new release equipment faster from here than Nikon or Best Buy!! I wanted to get the new release Nikon Z camera and pre-ordered on Nikon’s site within 25 minutes of their big reveal on launch day. I also pre-ordered on Best Buy because I have their store credit card and they always run great card promos. The week of release when products started shipping everywhere, mine still hadn’t shipped, and items were already sold out and backordered on lots of websites and in stores. Sadly, Nikon doesn’t provide estimates for shipping times at all, even when you call their customer service directly or chat with them online. They had no additional info to provide me on stock or status than their auto-generated emails send out. So as excited as I was to use the camera for an upcoming vacation, I went to Bedford instead. They shipped out my camera within hours of placing the order! Coincidentally, Nikon finally started preparing my order to ship a couple days later, after my camera from Bedford was already well on its way, so I just called Nikon and canceled their order. Best Buy still hasn’t shipped my pre-order or provided any updates on shipping timelines on my preorder. Bedford for the win!! Wish I had gone to them initially for my preorder! I would have had it a few days sooner! I often find my lenses and cameras that are in short supply everywhere else, and even when their shipping and turnaround time estimate on their website seem too good to be true, it has always been spot on accurate on my orders. I have ordered 3 separate times for a variety of products now, all new releases or backordered items elsewhere. All my stuff has been shipped and sent on its way and tracking info from FedEx received within 1 business day! And all my items arrive in Florida from their Oklahoma City location in the estimated time frame. Their website is extremely accurate on ship times, which is super helpful, especially considering most shipments require your signature upon delivery and you need to be home. Here’s an example of my shipping details on a recent order for all of you who may have a time sensitive order like mine! Ordered 6/17 @ 9:52am. Order confirmation said “Due to an increased order volume orders for in-stock items are typically taking up to one business day to process.” Order shipping confirmation w/ tracking received by email 6/17 @ 12:19pm. Package was picked up from their facility and well on its way with FedEx by 6/17 @ 3:30pm. In my hands in Florida 6/20 @ 1:04pm. Their free shipping ships via FedEx Ground, so transit time is dependent on how far you are from their shipping location. They are located in the middle of the US, so I would assume FedEx ground can probably deliver most places in the US within 1-4 days. Bedford’s website says orders placed before 1 pm, ship out same day. Orders placed after 1 pm, ship out the next day. They say they also ship from their Little Rock, Arkansas location. Could depend on stock. Good luck! Enjoy your new gear! You can trust Bedfords!

Scam alert for UK drone buyers
Scam alert for UK drone buyers - these reviews are NOT for the Bedford camera website offering DJI drones for £100. That is a scam website, their previous scam on Focuscamera.co.uk just got shut down. This company is legit, Befordcamera.co.uk is not. I’ve give. 5 stars because I don’t want to impact the legit company. If you see DJI drones for £100 it is always a scam!

The best camera and print shop in town. Everytime had amazing experience with purchase or service. Excellent customer service. Kudos to the Bedford team for helping us when ever we needed it.A recent examples of how great they are. I bought a wireless remote and few days later it didn't work with my camera, even though it was compatible. By then I had no original box to return the product but Jeremy, helped us and verified the faulty product and we were replaced with a new one that works like a charm.
