knives good
The knives came sharp and nice looking, the quality is also great. And for a cheper price than other similar quality knives. Would buy more, when I have more money.

Wrong tools but good product
I specifically ordered from Beaver craft because they have left-handed hook knives. I was very excited to start working on spoons. I waited for a long time and that was OK but when I received my package, the hook knife was a right handed hook knife. Not the right one. And when I reached out, I have not heard anything back. The only other thing that brings it down to a three star is that the wood I got is a little smaller than I was hoping for. Hard to make spoons out of them. But that’s OK as well, I am just beginning and I’m looking forward to continuing still worth the purchase, just some gaps in customer service and accurate shipment.

I like the spoon kit and the draw knife
I like the spoon carving kit and the draw knife. The steel is good and the handles are comfortable in my hands. I love the products I purchased.

I haven’t recieved my full order
I haven’t recieved my full order. And For some reason the package had to be signed for and wasn’t left at my home filled out for it to be redelivered have t seen it. Just very inconvenient experience

Tools did not arrive sharp
Tools did not arrive sharp, or well packaged. The blades had multiple dings from shipping, and required full re-sharpening.Quality tools, and the support team was quick to respond, but they need to improve their packaging.

Really long wait
It took 23 days to receive my order. Your website should offer clear information that items will be coming from Ukraine and take weeks to arrive. Also disappointed that the spoon carving kit did not offer any tips or suggestions for beginners.

Arrived before Christmas
Easy to use website. Lots of great products to choose from. The shipping estimate was between 5 and 40 days and it came somewhere in the middle. I was very happy because it was a Christmas gift and it arrived a couple of days before Christmas. Beautiful products. Would 100% order again.

Nice product bad the hole rest
The product is nice the problem is that the shipping took more time than said you didn't know before web it was going to arrive and when it arrived they asked for the shipment payment which would not be a problem in itself the point is they said nothing about it or I have overseen it I don't know
