Very user friendly and a great initial trial offer. Accidentally got charged after the trial and emailed the support department. I received not only an immediate response back but a full and quick refund. I was very impressed with the service and support.

Beam job really helps you build your resume and make it look very professional, and suited for the most modern format. My resume was like a dinosaur format at this point and BeamJob really made it looking good! They also help with cover letter and I learned some things as I received the help too! I will recommend this site for anyone looking for jobs and trying to present yourself well! I did cancel the subscription once I got what I needed and had response from my job as I won't be writing resumes for a good while. The cancellation was very smooth - no hassle whatsoever. Daniel got in touch with me - was very courteous and quick to respond (I went beyond free trial by accident). No hidden fees, everything was straightforward. Beamjobs is an excellent resume builder! As a performer, healthcare/childcare student/employee, my jobs tend to be unconventional - therefore so are my resume needs. I was so grateful to find this site that makes my resume entirely customizable to what I want & need, and a lot easier to navigate than all those templates! Plus great customer service. Upon having an issue with subscription charges, I emailed customer support and immediately had the issue resolved within the day. I’ve already been recommending this site to my peers and will continue to do so. Grateful for this website, highly recommend!
