Poor Return Policy & Customer ServiceI purchased labels for my business, but they weren’t suitable for my needs. Upon contacting the company to arrange a return, I was told the item couldn’t be refunded simply because I opened the box. How else am I supposed to inspect the product?The representative was inflexible and dismissive, offering no solution or empathy. A reasonable return policy is essential for customer trust, especially when the product is unused. This experience reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.I strongly advise others to confirm return terms before purchasing, as this company prioritizes policies over people.
*Edited 4/19: It turns out the barcode labels were not the correct ones. I contacted them again to let them know what the problem was and asked if they had the ones I really needed. Jen D has not responded with any answers, or at all since 4/15. I am very disappointed. I ordered the labels from a different company, and they are the correct ones. I obviously won't be using Barcode Factory again.*I had a very hard time finding the exact right labels until I came across Barcode Factory. Their website is painless to navigate and I didn't have to wait very long to speak with a live person. Jen D was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable about their products. She helped me find exactly what I needed and I'll never have to scour the internet again for barcode labels. I will order again, thank you!
