brought barbasol nose and ear trimmer from ollies 10/27/24 used for r 6 months and then stopped working. called barbasolco was askied to send copy of recepit and pic of product and also pic of part #. send all pics of item and received email that they never received my photos and requested photos again. sned them in a second time received replythat i would hear back with in 3 weeks. never heard back and it is nov 17 25. sorry way to do business and handle customer . instructions says it has a two yr warranty but guess what been little over one yr and they havent send me any updated into. i def wil not recommend this product or any other product to any one. their warranty and their service is not very dependable
