Thanks to him he made the whole experience amazing. Please credit him for his work. Not many staff are like this now days..

Exceptional customer support and technical help!

I recently had an issue with my grinder, and the Baratza team was incredible. Instead of just telling me to buy a new one, they walked me through the fix and were super patient. It’s rare to find a company that actually stands behind their products like this. Highly recommended!

When you finally get in touch with someone the customer service is excellent. Agreed with my diagnosis of the issues I was having and promptly sent a new power board to my address.

Terrible customer service

No ability to speak over the phone. No consistency with support rep. Multiple reps instead of just one. No individual email address to communicate. I ended up getting videos and support documentation from the website to help me figure out the problem and fix it myself. Took about two weeks to do this. Ridiculous!

Fabulous customer service rep!

The service rep who worked with me, Happiness, listened and helped me trouble shoot the problem I was having. She sent me links to YouTube videos that explained how to identify and then replace the broken part.

The response was extremely helpful with pictures that helped pinpoint the problem. Then they solved my problem with the correct new part and a link to video showing me how to install the new part. It was awesome. 👏🏼

Baratza stands behind their products

I have had my Baratza Sette 8 years and it is past any warranty. We use it every day. When it stopped turning on, I contacted support and they helped troubleshoot and then sent out a new main board and fuse free of charge. These grinders are designed to be repaired and it was easy to take out the old part and put in the new. This fixed the issue and saved the machine. Thanks for your help!

Five stars!

The hours that the call center is open are kind of annoying, but when I was finally able to call, the support team was beyond helpful with solving my issue. The images that were sent to me to help diagnose the problem were super helpful and once the issue was identified, a part was shipped to me for free. That alone is an amazing support system! Once I received the replacement part, I was provided with a guide on how to install the new part, which came in very handy! I did have to look up one extra external video to put my grinder back together, as there were several small metal rings that had to be stacked in a specific order and that was not entirely detailed enough for me to complete the repair process with the Baratza materials provided.
