Incredibly knowledgeable and patient staff. Salespeople not at all pushy, really wanted to make sure we made the right decisions. Purchased two strollers from them and will be back for future purchases.
Staff was super helpful, and their selections are extensive. They were the only store that carried everything in store so we were able to make an informed decision about our purchase since we were able to try out all models and see what works for us.
We are Bambi costumers since 2004 we love Bambi it’s the best!

They carry samples of everything in store leaving the guessing work out! You go in store see, touch, feel test and pick what works best for you. And if that's not enough, the concierge delivery service is outstanding! I received multiple calls from store associate to schedule and reschedule due to snowstorm. I also received calls from the delivery company confirming and reconfirming with exact times. The delivery crew was so extremely helpful and professional. They made setting up baby's room so easy! Thank you!!

Customer satisfaction. After an ordering error called spoke with Emily who corrected and followed up on making sure item was redirected to proper delivery and very helpful in every way.
You should advise customers that store is downstairs and bringing babies in strollers not advised even though you have a service elevator. You need a bigger sales force. The ones you have e are excellent but NYers are rude and have no manners when your people are helping others.
Stopped in on Friday, salesperson was super friendly and helpful. After showing products to me and my wife who was on FaceTime, encouraged me to come back to buy it after we consulted. Came back next day, different sales person remembered my visit (amazing!!) and was super helpful, packed store but was in and out in 20 minutes after buying the car seat we wanted, that the first showed me and the second helped us get! Easy pesy!!!! Great experience.
Stroller was damaged . And when I open it at home i recognized it.
