What a fabulous service
What a fabulous service! Have a dental implant soon and was feeling extremely anxious. Took to Google to see if I could get medication prescribed and stumbled across this free 20 minute appointment so booked only 40 minutes before my chosen time. The Dr was understanding and went through a few questions. Sadly he could only recommend over the counter medication and sent me a list through whatsapp. Fabulous to be able to get a Dr's appointment so fast but also over the Internet.

WHY CHARGING IN US DOLLARS and FEE SO HIGH?
My general practicioner doctor wasn't much help to provide me with a prescription for a common medication that i'm running out and instead told me that I needed to get a consultation with a psychiatrist for USD 75 just to get a prescription. Was quite annoyed that Balidoc is charging IN US DOLLARS in Indonesia AND USD 75 is about 1,250,000 Rupiah which is a very high / huge amount in Indonesia for a simple consultation (only around 250,000 to 400,000 Rupiah MAX for locals). For an online service, it's a big rip off the fact that Balidoc is charging in US DOLLARS and such a HIGH FEE just for a consultation which DOES NOT even include prices for the drugs.

Consistent great service
This is my second time using Bali Doc. The Doctor is always on time for the appointment. Each time I've been able to clearly discuss my problem and be prescribed the necessary treatment. When I injured my back I was unable to ride my motorbike so I was able to get the medicine delivered.

Very convenient service
Very convenient service. They will deliver to anywhere in Bali. I am staying on the East Coast - 2 hours away from the main locations - but they were still able to deliver prescribed medicine without any issues. Reasonably priced and professional.

Excellent service
The call opened on time.The doctor had excellent English. The image was clear.She asked good questions to ascertain my condition. She was clear in explaining what my ailment was and how to treat it. She listened and factored in the things I was telling her.She was kind and friendly and even asked about the weather where I was on a small Indonesian island far away from Bali. I was blown away by the service and will now use if I have another health issue when in Indonesia.

This service is so convenient and well-organized. I was short on medication and very worried, but after a consultation with one of the doctors and submitting my medical history they could provide just what I needed, on the very same day! Would very much recommend.

The best medical service in Bali!
I've used balidoc.com twice and both times have been wonderful. Their availability is great and both times, I was able to schedule a video call within 20 minutes. Dr Bintang is very friendly and listens to your problems and concerns and medical history. The first time I used their service, I had run out of two prescriptions that I am on through my doctor in the US. I've been traveling for months and haven't been back in the US to get my meds refilled, and she was able to prescribe my medications that I needed. The second time is what really stood out to me though. I did a hormone test last week and got very abnormal results and needed to start estradiol hormone replacement therapy due to low estrogen. I went to two OBGYNs in person, both of which clearly had no idea how to help me and tried to just put me on oral birth control with estrogen, which I absolutely cannot be on due to a history of pulmonary embolism caused by oral estrogen. When I explained this to the in person doctor, he literally just laughed at me, told me there weren't other options, continued pushing the oral estrogen, and admitted that he 'doesn't know the side effects'. Absolutely terrifying. I decided to see if balidoc.com could help me again, even if it was to just refer me to an in person doctor. I shared my lab results with her on our video call, mentioned my clotting history and she suggested the oestrogel gel, which is what I went into the OBGYN hoping to be prescribed. The clinic sent the gel via gojek the following day, along with clear instructions for how to use, suggested another hormone test in a month, and to come back with any questions. I can't believe I wasted two days and hours and so much money by going to useless in-person appointments with doctors who were attempting to prescribe me an oral hormone that would likely kill me with my medical history, when I should have just come back to balidoc.com from the start.I couldn't recommend balidoc.com more, they are absolutely wonderful and are a breath of fresh air when it comes to finding high quality medical care in a foreign country, which can be daunting and difficult. I will make another appointment with them when my meds run out in the next month or two, and will come to them first if I ever have any different issues or concerns in the future. Thank you so, so much, balidoc.com!
