had a leak in my main water line, they came out and said I had to pay $650- to locate the leak and that was not covered. Not happy do not buy this worthless insurance.

The process was so easy from calling in American water resources, the person I spoke to was so understanding and wanting to please. To the team, they sent out from 3dm plumbing who were so professional. Quickly cleared the clog and we're out of here in less than an hour! Highly recommend!!

When need service they let you wait!
I’ve been paying American Water Resources every month for their service plan, expecting peace of mind if something goes wrong.Unfortunately, when I actually had an active leak at my property, the earliest appointment they could offer was almost a week later. Meanwhile, water damage continues while you wait.What’s the point of paying monthly for a protection plan if, when you really need service, you’re told to wait days while the problem gets worse?On top of that, many situations end up not being covered, so you still have to pay out of pocket. The service sounds good in theory, but in practice it hasn’t delivered the reliability I expected.

Had a water leak under my kitchen sink. Called American Water on a Friday evening and the next Monday the leak was fixed. Very please on how prompt and professional the service was. They kept me informed of when the technician would arrive and even sent me his picture Would highly recommend this company, well worth it

Poor service
I had a drain blockage at a rental property the day after Christmas. A plumber came out after I paid a $50 copay. 28 hours later, the drain backed up again. No one would be sent out on a weekend, so I paid my usual plumber $250 to come out and clear the drain and scope it to be sure it was clear. I'm canceling ALL insurance with AWS and contracting with Homeserve instead.
