I recently placed Order SO-679800, and overall most of the awards met my expectations in quality and appearance. However, I was disappointed with the Jovita Add-a-Block VividPrint Award.The product advertisement shows a full-color award with an image printed on it. I specifically provided the image I wanted used and even attached an example image when responding to customer service. In the order details, this item was listed as “Decoration: Full Color”, which reinforced my understanding that the image would be printed on the award.Unfortunately, the actual award I received was clear with no image — text only. There was no communication to let me know that the image would not be included or that there was any issue with the artwork before production. I also noted in the proof stage that I wanted the image included.I understand that there may have been a misunderstanding somewhere in the process, and perhaps I could have clarified further. However, at this price point, I expected better communication — especially if something in the submitted artwork could not be produced as shown in the advertisement.The other awards in my order turned out well, but this particular item did not meet my expectations.
Quick responses and the quality is good. The online proof didn't show how the engraving would look...so it ended up being hard to read on the award. Be sure to double check that.
Product quality is very poor. The website advertised as the product being engraved. however the actual product is just barely etched and the text can not be read in most lighting.
