Sandblaster Foot Pedal and Gun
Exactly as described. The Eastwood foot pedal and gun is a massive upgrade for a harbor freight or vevor cabinet. I had no issues with installation. Auto Tool World processed and shipped my order quickly. I live in Idaho and I received my order within 7 days. I will be using them in the future.

Order never shipped, no communication
I placed an order for a car battery tester on Feb 12. Got a confirmation email that the order went through. The item was showing as being in stock and was priced considerably lower than all the other legitimate sellers online (first red flag). Three days went by and I didn't get any shipping updates. I emailed sales @ autotoolworld.com to inquire when my order would be shipped, and received an unprofessional, useless response from visionecom @ outlook.com the next day (another red flag), that just stated "Let me check and will send tracking." Two more days went by, and still no updates. So I went ahead and disputed the charge with paypal, after providing the email exchange above as evidence. Paypal refunded my purchase in full right away, which is very unusual for them to do as it usually takes them a few days to investigate/decide. This tells me they must know this business all too well and their records must be full of complaints and disputes against auto tool world. I got my money back, eventually, but I wasted my time and I still don't have the item I ordered. Auto tool world is just a scam as far as I'm concerned. Lesson learned: if an item is being sold for much less than all others reputable sellers online, it's probably a scam. Buyer beware.

Can't get updates on my order and when I do they say the factory has moved the date out. When in fact I called the factory direct, the product was obsolete. Called and emailed numerous times.....horrible service

December 2025 order still not received in February of 2026
I ordered a cable reel in December 2025. It is now the middle of February 2026 and I still have not received the unit! I have emailed multiple times and they promise to get me shipping information. I have not been told when it will ship or why it has not shipped. The promise of fast shipping must not apply to my order.....

Bad experience fixed and turned good!
So I originally left a 1 star review. I was upset that my order wasn’t fulfilled originally by the date I was expecting. I cancelled my order and contacted the company. They did end up making it right with me and we received the product and are satisfied at this point.
