They did not send the ordered part and do not reply to e-mails. Unfortunately I did not check for the reviews before I ordered here. I payed with credit card, so I will contact my bank to withdraw my money back. Order RJXWHDHNL

Same guy as Italian-Auto-Parts.com Immediately charged my credit card paymemt 300 € but never sent the parts.Rude and not honest. He actually called me a “moron” in an email reply!
I ordered a gear synchronizer for Alfa Romeo in their website and payed for it. Two days later they refunded me the money and increased the price of the part in their website around a 30%. They didn´t even informed me about the reason that explains they cancelled my order. I won´t ever buy anything in their site ever.
I have just received my 4th order from Autostoria. I was certainly not holding my breath based on my previous experiences which went from extremely slow to utterly unresponsive. My previous order I gave up on and got my money back through PayPal. In stark contrast to that, this most recent order went surprisingly smoothly. Within a week I was advised of a couple of items that were not available in the quantity ordered. The difference was promptly refunded and the order shipped without any significant delay. I will order again, but as always, do so with low expectation and you may be pleasantly surprised :)
Having read the other reviews with some trepidation, I ordered a couple of small parts for my Fiat Panda on the basis I needed them and it wasn't too much to lose if they didn't turn up.I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of service. The items arrived in less than a week, as described and with no nasty extra charges which I am seeing with a lot of things ordered from Europe since Brexit.As long as the parts are shown as in stock, I would certainly order from Autostoria again.

WARNING: YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.Do not, under any circumstances, order any parts or send any money to this company.It is a small, middle-man outfit that does not have any parts. They claim to have parts ‘in stock’ but DO NOT. They do not answer their phone claiming that ‘it is not their priority’ to. (See their Facebook page). Email correspondence is also minimal. It seems like they have no notion of customer relations.I ordered parts for my car and did not receive them. After a month of emailing them, I realised that I had lost my money (about £40) and that they are a cowboy outfit.You have been warned !
