An excellent source of process…

An excellent source of process components and associated cables, connectors, and fittings. Easy to use website with real-time stock quantities and super fast packing and shipping.

In 20+ years of dealing with AD stuff…

In 20+ years of dealing with AD stuff (when I had to!) my evaluation is it's cheap, and that is exactly what it is. I've used their PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Power Supplies, Marquees and panel hardware all of which are low quality with cumbersome, clunky programming, thus more time consuming. Their market is for those who are mainly concerned with the cost of hardware and software and not the total cost of integrating and maintaining. You get what you pay for.

The best place to buy 80/20 type extrusion. Best price, fastest shipping, top quality.

I needed some 80/20 type aluminum extrusion quickly. They delivered in 2 days and at the best price I could find anywhere (including Amazon and ebay). Not only that, they made custom angle cuts and there is NO charge for cuts, everyone else does charge for cuts. The aluminum is great quality, but then again, all 80/20 type extrusion I have ever purchased, included no generic Chinese stuff has always been top quality, so these guys have same quality as everyone else. But these guys cost far less and 2 day shipping. The shipping cost alone from 80/20 cost more than my entire order with 2 day shipping from these guys I will never buy from anywhere else again. You guys got a new customer for life, as long as you don't change anything!

I was to commission a Sure Drive servo…

I was to commission a Sure Drive servo SV2A-2075 and needed some advise due to recurring error messages. I spoke twice to Dean and got no where. I then spoke to Wayne twice. He contradicted what Dean had said but didn't know how to Autotune the drive either. Both were snotty when they didn't understand how to clear error messages and pointed me in the wrong direction to get me off the phone. I had to figure it out myself and that took far longer than it should have.
