When finally rescheduled service tech improperly installed windshield resulting in water damage to my dashboard and interior following a rainstorm. Auto Glass Now has refused to send out a tech to fix the problem.Terrible attitude…incompetent service staff.

I just scheduled a small chip repair. They said they would be here between 8 and 5. They called/texted at 5:03 and said because I didn’t answer they were cancelling. I called right back and they said it’s been raining all day - unless I had a covered garage they wouldn’t have done it anyway. They confirmed it rained all day but never called to reschedule. Don’t bother scheduling with this place - not worth the aggravation

I don't recommend Auto Glass Now they are not professional, they call me to said at 12 pm will get to my house to change the windshield but the guy went at 1 pm he left very dirty with grass and scratched buy driver side, bad appearance moldi, when I went to the shop to made a complain the manager denied to be responsible for the scratched and the first time she said the guy don't fix the glass to getting in at my car but after 3 minutes said how I think how they can fix the glass, then she changed what she said, I am very disappointed and frustrated about Auto Glass Now they don't did a professional work.

Lindsey and Jessica are so rude and nasty. No customer service skills. Talking hostile because I asked, "If they call the customer once do they not reach back out.. she stayed one call and the tech moves on. She stated we don't wait. I asked why are you talking to me like this she said because I match attitudes. She said find someone else to fix your windshield and hung up.

This company does not do quality work
This company does not do quality work. Had work done in Dec 2025 and took it back in Jan 2026. They had moved an whole hour away. Never told us they were moving. Called corporate and they were no help at all. Went to safeflight got the scoop and what need to be done. I do not recommend this company at all.

Don't waste your time on asking for a price.
I have been getting quotes from each business because I'm on a budget and I received a quote that it would cost me 251 that's including tax and mobile fees. I made an appointment for tomorrow they call me back and tell me it's going to be 400 and something dollars. I'll take my business elsewhere where they're not lying to me from the get-go. What is the purpose of giving me a total if you're going to change it especially by $149 give me a break no thank you plus I read the reviews from other people and they just don't do quality work and their support is garbage and they don't back their work with a guarantee so yeah you want to lie to me from the get-go how can I trust that you're going to do a good job on my car good luck with that

Some locations do not care
They were polite, however poor workmanship. They left the area messy and full of glass fragments. Fortunately I did not have to pick up children or any other living creatures. Upon me leaving, the area was full of glass fragments, along with the gentleman saying “ you may want to get your detailed. In my years of having glass replaced everyone cleaned up the area of repair of not leaving it cleaner. I will not be returning to this location. The only reason I came is because they were listed through insurance the work is supposed to be lifetime warranty. The associate said only a year warranty, I will be reaching out to my insurance. I should not have to clean up after any professional work with my on vacuum cleaner. I had to make an appointment with another location to make sure the work was done properly I will update. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!

It looked like they did a good job....but no warrantee
It looked like they did a good job replacing my windshield however the glass developed a crack a few months later. Since they claim it was cause by a rock chip, this is not covered by warranty. I am disappointed because it is not clear to me that it was a rock chip (if so it is the smallest rock chip I have ever seen) and because I previously got my windshield replaced by safelite and when I got a crack caused by an actual rock chip, they replaced the windshield for free with no fuss

Today in Medford, MA
Today, I had a great experience at the Medford,MA location at 294 Harvard St primarily because of the staff, Kenny who is the manager, Jhoan who was the main installer of my new windshield, and Hiram who went to pick up the new windshield. I had rescheduled my previous appointment from October 23 in No. Andover (when I found out there were closer locations to my home) to today at the Medford location. Soon after I arrived this morning, Kenny realized that the glass for my new windshield had not been transferred from No. Andover to Medford when the appointment was changed so the glass was not available to complete the job. He reviewed the options and we agreed that one of his staff would drive North to pick up the new windshield so the job could be completed today as planned. During the wait, Jhoan prepared my car so the actual installation was brief and efficient. He took much care with the stickers and sensors on my old windshield and managed to salvage everything so nothing needs to be replaced. Kenny kept me informed on how everything was progressing. Because of my longer than expected wait and any inconvenience, they installed a new set of windshield wipers that were much appreciated. The Auto Glass Now appointment system clearly needs some work to improve both accuracy and efficiency. Customers should be informed about locations closer to where they live. On the other hand, Kenny, Jhoan and Hiram make a very good team at the Medford, MA location. They are well informed, personable, efficient, and hardworking. Unprofessional/ Damaged vehicle
I would like to start off that The receptionist Dottie was very unprofessional. I got my windshield glass replaced on September 29, 2025 made a warranty claim on September 30, 2025 which I never got a claim number until I went to the location so they can see the claim on October 1, 2025 very unprofessional . They said they didn’t damage my vehicle and clearly I have pictures. They taped my windshield all the way up told my wife if we have any molding issues around my windshield please come back. We have a lifetime warranty, but failed to tell us that they damage our trim and our molding They scratch my paint and they said they did not do it. That wasn’t the outcome I was expecting after the technician mentioned, he been doing glass installation for over 35 years. I asked for a district manager number. They said they’re not allowed to give the number out which I know he has an office number to be reached on very, very, very very unprofessional. I called customer service very unprofessional. I went there because they did one of my vehicles over 10 years ago and I never had an issue so that’s what drove me to go back but will I referred them to anyone right now no Will I go back hell no……. if I can give zero stars based on customer service, I would. just simple conversation would’ve fix the whole thing when it happened during installation always let the customer know what’s going on. Don’t try to cover up because it’s never a good outcome.

Extremely Disappointed: Unresolved Damage and Poor Customer Service
I had a truly frustrating experience with Auto Glass Now. I arranged for a windshield replacement through my insurance at my repair shop. The technician initially refused to work under an awning due to weather concerns, causing delays and hassle. Eventually, we moved the car indoors so he could proceed. However, after the installation, I later discovered that the moonroof liner on the passenger side was damaged. It looked like it had been physically pulled or torn, with visible marks. When I reported this issue, Auto Glass Now provided no meaningful resolution. They are just planning to pass me around from corporate customer service, to manager so they can then say well the technician says he didn't do it. Essentially leaving me with a "he said, he said, she said" situation between myself, the shop and their technician. In the end, I'm stuck with the damage and no accountability from their side. Overall, the lack of customer service and refusal to take responsibility for the damage is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid using Auto Glass Now.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY........... They replaced my windshield in my new vehicle and the next day it rained and yes it leaked all over my dash. In fact it rained the next two days so I spent untold time trying to not have my dash ruined. I called and got someone that said they would contact the manager who never called me back because it was "the Weekend". So on Monday i was on the phone and it took forever to get the manager of the Maple Shade, NJ location on the line. finally he agreed to to "FIX" the problems and to bring the vehicle back in which i did. well the very next rain the windshield leaked again worse than the first time. long story short after many phone calls they agreed to replace the windshield and would give me a credit for the problems. Here we are months later and a number of calls to manager i still have not received the credit promised.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their conduct has been atrocious! They caused significant damage to my vehicle during a simple windshield replacement by ripping a chunk out of my leather dashboard, leaving multiple deep gouges from removing the windshield. They also installed the incorrect windshield and flashing for my windshield, it looked so bad. The flashing was all wavy and coming out at the corners, it was bad. I called to complain about it and thankfully they did replace the incorrect windshield. Upon coming to redo the incorrect windshield. Their tech at that time, also chipped both sides of my exterior paint by using a tool to adjust the rubber flashing around the windshield. I watched the employee damage my paint and I said to him at that time, do you see you just chipped my paint? He said ugh yea, call the shop manager and report it. And he left. Imagine having an attitude after damaging someone’s car. I didn’t ask for any of this, just a windshield replacement.The company acknowledged the damages and asked me to send in 4 estimates to repair it. They didn’t respond until I sent a legal action email, then I got a response for a tiny fraction of the cost to repair the damages and strong agreement for me to sign to keep this hush and forfeit my rights for anything! I could not agree to the fraction of the repair costs and offered a fair middle ground. At least a counteroffer to resolve this quickly and amicably. They’ve since seized all communications with me, forcing me to pursue legal action. This has turned into an absolute nightmare. Please use a different company they must delete their reviews because I thought it was a decent company based off the reviews but that is far from the truth. Save yourself the headache and damage to your vehicle and choose another company!

The most infuriating experience…
I had the most infuriating experience attempting to have my windshield repaired by Auto Glass Now. I blocked off the 8:00-12:00 timeline they give you, and when 11:45 rolled around with no word from the tech, who was supposed to let me know his ETA, I called to find out what had happened. I could NOT get ahold of a live body for the longest until finally "Greg" answered... and he was in Houston! I'm in Austin! He connected me with "Gilbert," who was very nice and understanding... but also at the Houston location! It seemed no one in Austin was answering calls! Gilbert was kind enough to get me scheduled via computer for the next day, again for the 8:00-12:00 timeframe. To my total disbelief, it was deja vu...again, no tech showed up, no one called, no Austin rep even initiated communication with me! Any and all communication was initiated by me except for a CONFIRMATION text I received the evening before saying the tech would arrive between 8:00-12:00 the next day! I called and once again Gilbert answered. He put me on hold while he got in touch with someone "higher up," and said they would be calling me back. Nope. To this day, 3 days later, I've never gotten a call, no explanation whatsoever for the TWO "No Show" appointments that wasted my valuable time. How they stay in business being so unprofessional and neglectful of their customers is beyond me. I notified State Farm and had another company come out THAT SAME DAY. The experience with them was totally opposite from Auto Glass Now--they initiated communication several times to keep me apprised of their ETA. The tech, "Joe," was so professional, kind, and down to earth. He and their office person both went above and beyond. Use Auto Glass Now, Austin location, at your own risk. You've been warned. (One star because I can't give 0.)

Safety features no longer work!!
AFTER THEY REPLACE THE FRONT WINDSHIELD, MY SAFETY FEATURES NO LONGER WORKED. AFTER ACKNOWLEDGING THE SAFETY FEATURES NO LONGER WORK. I WAS TOLD THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO BECAUSE THE DIAGNOSTIC REPORT SAID EVERYTHING WORKED FINE. I BOUGHT THE CAR BACK AND THEY RAN ANOTHER DIAGNOSTIC WHICH AGAIN STATED EVERYTHING WAS FINE. I HAD TO PAY ADDITIONAL MONEY $615 TO THE DEALER TO BE RECALIBRATED. SENT AN EMAIL TO THE “CORPORATE OFFICE“ AND I HAVE NOT HAD A RESPONSE YET. I CALLED AUTO GLASS NOW CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DON’T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER FOR CORPORATE OFFICE.

The worse service I have ever…
The worse service I have ever experienced. I called on Wednesday 4/23/25 to schedule an appointment to have my drivers side window replaced it had a crack.They scheduled an appointment for the next day Thursday between 8am and 5pm. My husband took the day off to wait for them. I called them a couple of times that day to make sure they were still coming and was told yes. Well, they never showed up and never called to say that they would not be there. Frustrated I called on Friday morning and asked why the technician didn't show up or call. They couldn't give me a reason. They told me they could reschedule for Saturday. I said unacceptable I want them here today. The arrived at 4pm on Friday! The technician took the inside of the drivers door apart took out the broken glass only to realize he had the wrong window. He had the passenger side window not the drivers side. He told my husband he would be back on Saturday with the correct window. Meantime, I have been on the phone with the manger explaining how unhappy I was with the service. The inside of my door is now in the back seat of my car and my window is sealed up with plastic. Saturday comes it is pouring rain and windy. I call them first thing Saturday morning to make sure they are still coming. The girl in the office told me the technician was going to pick up the window now and be on his way. Got a call 15 mins. later the parts department is closed on Saturdays. I said shouldn't you and your technician know this. Needless to say I had to wait until Monday to get my window replaced. was with out a car for four days! I would never go back to this company again.
