There's nothing top-tier about this company
Their AI program states that they referred me through their network of top-tier lawyers. What really happened was their AI assistant (yes, AI again) referred me to a lawyer who went to law school at a not-even-mid-tier school. When I got her on the phone, she was unprofessional, rushed,asking the wrong questions, plus it sounded like she was at Mcdonalds or something.Everyone: it's really easy to find out about lawyers online. Don't let bottomfeeders waste your time!

Atticus said I qualified
Atticus said I qualified. They helped find me representation to get disability going. They suggested someone from another state. I went ahead and went with this disability lawyer. Worst mistake ever! This law firm didn't have their crap together. I ended up getting lost in the cracks. I made numerous phone calls and when they never answered I began texting this number they text me from. Long story short they ended up getting rid of the person who was suppose to be working my case. Apparently they didn't do their job. So then the main attorney was to pick up my case and work it. Again appeals weren't filed in time and had to start completely over. Once again I was put off and drug thru the mud only to be handed off to another attorney. Was told this attorney specializes in disability. This new attorney didn't know anything about my case. Not even a week prior to having my case heard in front of a judge she had to call me and ask me questions. That's when she told me I wouldn't qualify. I had my hearing with the judge and was denied again. This whole thing went on for about 4 years and I'm still not approved. I think Atticus should see what kind of lawyers/attorneys they suggest. They also shouldn't tell people that they qualify right off the bat. I'm now losing my home because of this mess. I will become homeless within the next few months. I know all the fault doesn't land on Atticus but this company did play a part in it. I think maybe they should also follow up on cases to see how things are going.
