One of the hinges broke on my computer while I was opening it one day so I brought it in for a diagnosis to determine the best way to repair it. While diagnosing the computer, the technician cracked the screen. Obviously I was upset as I use this computer primarily for business purposes. Tyler took the ropes handled the situation with great care professionalism. He was able to contact the manufacturer and get me a replacement computer and have me back up and running in a matter of only a few weeks! Very satisfied customer. Will definitely recommend this company to friends, family and clients.

This was the best price I could find for the popular Samsung Evo SSD, even lower than the sale price on a popular online electronics store. Shipping was fast, and they even included an unexpected and useful free gift! I would definitely buy from ATD Computers again.

Shopped around for the best price on an HP printer and found the best price (and free shipping!) at ATD Computers. Communication from beginning of sale through delivery was spot on. Great service, great price, great products!
Used free USPS shipping for an SSD drive. Got notification that it shipped with tracking number. Checked tracking number 5 days later and it indicated that it hadn't been shipped. Called and got the "real" tracking number. Used that to find that the shipping address was not a deliverable address. Verified that ATD had my house address. Believe me, I get mail there every day including today. ATD indicated that they would take 2 days to check with USPS to see what happened. No offer to get the drive to me sooner. Just wait 2 days and we'll determine what ATD might do. Very poor service so far with no good resolution offered by ATD in sight. For the few dollars I might be saving if I ever get the drive from them ... it it is certainly not worth it so far based on the extremely poor service response.

I purchased a new Samsung 850 EVO 256GB SSD from ATD. They had the lowest non-eBay price I could find. The SSD arrived within a few days and worked perfectly. I would definitely buy from them again.
Encountered a minor setback while ordering an SSD; did not realize that ATD had attempted to contact my via phone/email until 24 hours had passed. As this was an anti-fraud measure, my order was automatically cancelled and my money was returned to me. I appreciate that ATD took such measures to ensure a potential buyer isn't using suspect credentials/financial information. As such, I reordered the SSD, cleared up identity verification with their very responsive customer service representatives and my order arrived far sooner than expected.

I ordered a touch screen monitor, however the monitor that was sent was not touch screen. It's been over two weeks now and the customer service department has not responded two any of the emails I have sent. Since they will not take returns without authorization I'm basically left with no options and my window for the return is slowly closing!

Got my item fast, unopened correct part no problems. They gave all my info to trustpilot - full name, email address etc.. Trustpilot started emailing my to review after my purchase. If ATD wants me to review my purchase they should be emailing me themselves. If they link to a outside review site I should have to fill in my information, it shouldn't be already shared.
