Right from my first phone call an awesome experience
Right from my first phone call and Denver Banks answered, my experience was awesome. I rented 5 cars for one trip and Denver walked me thru it, got me the best prices and was reachable by phone and text the entire trip. I did some rental car research prior to calling and the prices Denver got me were all better. I was on a cruise ship and there a few times I couldn’t get on the app and Denver would text me any messages I couldn’t read. He even changed a location same day so the car was waiting right outside the ship terminal. We had 6 people and each car was comfortable for all of us. The car booked was what we got. I would recommend Turo and especially Denver to anyone. Thank you for such an easy great experience.

During the holidays this year, I had to switch flights a few times due to family illnesses. With that, I had to change my rental car dates as well. Nancy was the representative who answered my call. She helped me in rearranging my rental car dates and locations with so much ease. I had to contact her a few times due to flight discrepancies, but she remained pleasant throughout the entire process. She is truly an asset to your company making me now a repeat customer for any future reservations. Most times you feel rushed off the phone like you’re bothering the representative who is supposed to be helping you.
