Excellent Customer Service..8 a.m.Sunday emergency call ref a ch htg problem. Arrived within 2 hours & fixed the problem short term, caused by frozen pipes & with a promise to return to resolve the problem long term. Thomas was very polite & professional and returned as promised with the necessary parts. All sorted at a reasonable price. Highly recommend. JH
I'm so grateful for the amazing service of Asset Plumbing & Heating. My boiler service revealed issues but Thomas gave me all the information I needed about options to decide on next steps. He fitted a new boiler so quickly and problem solved on the day to make sure it was complete. Communication and service excellent.

Thomas came a very short notice to fix a leak with our radiator. He completed the work to a high standard. I have used him before and his work is excellent

We used Asset Plumbing to fit our boiler and were really happy with the friendly , patient and knowledgeable service that Tom gave. Our boiler has been trouble free since it was fitted in 2023 and it’s just had its 2nd service. All good and , as usual, a pleasure to deal with Tom . Thomas was really efficient and completed a heating and a plumbing job quickly.
Very friendly and professional service. Had to wait a while for a part which was a bit annoying but the weather hadn't quite turned yet so no heating for a few days wasn't the worst.

Tom very promptly arranged to come out on the same day of my call, to resolve the problem we had with a blockage under the kitchen sink & a repair to the water feed. He called in advance to give exact time of arrival.Tom & his apprentice were friendly & polite, and worked quickly & efficiently, clearing up when the job was completed. He followed up with a text message to ensure we were happy with the job & that there was no further problems. We will use Tom again to service our central heating system. Tom’s company was recommended to us by a friend & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.
The plumber attended a mains leak within 90 mins of our phone call on a bank holiday weekend. He and replaced the split plastic join with copper and brass. He explained why the fault had occurred and his reason for using the metal replacement. He worked quickly, left the space clean and tidy and charged us a reasonable amount for the work.The plumber also returned two days later to check that the repair was working properly. I would certainly contact this company again if I needed a plumber
A local family run business who care about their customers. They fitted my new boiler 3 years ago and I've used them to service it ever since. Very happy.
I would reccomend Asset Plumbing to anyone in nerd of prompt , efficient and good work and help with any plumbing issue. They responded to the emergency of replacing an old and obsolete boiler with care and kindness quickly and left everything repaired and clean afterwards
Tom visited us today as an emergency. He was more than helpful, prompt, efficient and resolved our problem. He explained everything and gave us advice on updating our central heating system in the future. He even told us that some work didn't need doing at present and could be left until such time as we replaced our whole system thereby saving us money. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.
This company is amazing, they donated their time to support our special needs nursery to completely install a whole new boiler and heating system. Quick service appointment. I got their number just a day before and was able to get my gas boiler serviced by the next day. Very professional. I was contacted about 10 minutes before they arrived. The amount stated was what was charged and the engineers were knowledgeable.
