I had a photo of the sun setting on a frozen lake that was a panoramic shot. So I wanted to replicate it to give to my brother. Art Mail produced an amazing 36“ x 13“ photo on acrylic that turned out amazing. So I end up ordering a second one for myself. I appreciate that they can do any size. The quality was perfect and the packaging of the shipping was very robust. I would definitely use them in the future.

I received my Gallery Acrylic Facemount image yesterday (02-10-26). It is 17” wide by 32” tall. It is from an iPhone image I doctored (removed other tourists). ChatGPT and I discussed which sites were options for such a large product. She (I call it a her) gave three sites, Artmill being her first choice. After investigating them all, I agreed with her choice. We then “talked” about Artmill’s options and what would work best for my image. The Artmill site was so easy to work with. I’d attempted to make mock-ups on the other recommended sites, neither were nearly as easy as Artmill’s, especially because this image is such an unusual size. When I’d made my decision, the Artmill website was so clear and easy that, after all the work I put into the image, it was almost anticlimactic, in the best way possible. It was just that easy. Clear instructions, clear choices, no lag, no fuss. After placing the order it took 11 days to arrive. It was extremely well packed. Not thrown into a box Amazon-style. The Acrylic was covered in a protective film, then it was placed into what had to have been a custom box with cushioning-style… cardboard for lack of better description, but it was more of honeycombed cardboard with a layer of regular cardboard on top and bottom giving it sound structure. Of course the front and back were well-protected with both cardboard and paper. The image is beautiful! The acrylic really sets off the trees, stream, and rocks! (We look pretty good too, but there may have been a few small liberties with Photoshop there.) It was a gift for my husband and he insisted on hanging it immediately. He’s an engineer so it took longer than it should to hang (I would have had it up in five minutes) but, with his method it will take a major earthquake for it to come off the wall. Either way it was very simple to hang and the hardware was included. He added a few screws as there were extra holes, but the included screws would have been sufficient. He absolutely loves it and I do as well!!! I will use Artmill again in the near future as I have many other photos I’ve collected over the years that need framing. Obviously, this was not an inexpensive option, but it will last a lifetime and Artmill did an outstanding job!!! Ten stars!

I could not find anyone who would print my panoramic picture. Most places wanted me to crop the picture, which I did not want to do. I finally found Artmill. The ordering process was easy. My print arrived about 8 days after placing the order, and the packaging was done well and with care. I was able to hang my print easily and securely with cleat system. I am very happy with the result, and the entire process.
I was so pleased when I received my wood print! It was amazing quality and packaged very well. 7/7/25I just loved it and so did my nephew for whom it was a gift! Thank you as I had a hard time finding someone who would make the uncommon size I was looking for. I will definitely order from Artmill again!
