Fairly certain this entire operation is a scam. Do not order from them. Spent around $350 on prints that never showed up even after waiting for 6+ months. Their customer service department does not exist and will not respond to emails. Have sent more than ten emails and got only nothing in return.
Used to sell on the platform and one of the major issues was having to ask multiple times when I wanted a payout. Sometimes I’d even have to correct them on what the amount was. The last situation was waiting over a month for a payout for sales that had been accumulated almost a month before my asking. Multiple follow ups, even had an unrelated conversation and the the quick responsiveness of a non-money related issue was disheartening.There was never an answer as to what was actually going on when I did get a response. I’ve had one customer explicitly tell me they’ve had to get a refund on a print they ordered that was never fulfilled to begin with, after weeks of waiting, with no email response. Other artists of course have better experiences, but if you can make your own prints then I recommend that route.

Order never arrived, sent many enquiries with no response from artistsourced or the delivery company they use. Think it's just a scam honestly.
I ordered 2 prints for $60 in February that never came and have emailed countless times with absolutely NO response. I am at a loss of what to do. All of my favorite artists continue to release on this website and I can’t for the life of me figure out why. Bummed :(
Purchased a print that was very poor quality-overly pixelated, looks like it was taken on a flip phone, all the dark ink is in one dark blob. There's nothing on their website about returns or who to contact. There's no contact info on any of their social handles. In the order email, it said to reply to an email address that was bounced back to me.
I made a purchase in September and have followed up several times with emails about my order. It has been over three months and I have not heard anything back from this company about my order.
