Order unfulfilled after a month
Order confirmed exactly a month ago. The status on their site for the order remains as "unfulfilled" no emails, no notifications or anything. Emailed them to find out how to cancel the order since I replaced the item with one from a different merchant and no reply and that's been several days too. I hate that merchants can exist online and not have any accountability for their services which is why I hope more people that experience this issue will review this store.

SCAMMER! Never received my product
Literally bought an item back in July and now it’s September and never received my product. Even when I emailed them, there’s no reply. They definitely took my money as I checked my bank account. I suspect this place might be overtaken by scammers. DO NOT BUY from this place! Support your local art warehouses instead.

My credit card was charged over a month ago and I am still waiting for my order, which is supposed to be a Christmas gift! It's now 5 days till Christmas and I have tried repeatedly to call, email and even facebook message these fraudsters! Going to report them to them to the Better Business Bureau as I believe they have gone out of business!

I placed my order on September 8th, after a couple weeks with no updates I received an email saying a couple shipments were delayed. It's now been a month and my order has not shipped, nor have I received any emails about when/if its going to ship. Can't speak on the quality of the brushes I ordered. But so far I'm very disappointed

I paid for the item on the 3rd of September and the order was never filled. I don't have the product that I ordered and I've tried a number of times to contact someone to ask that the order be canceled and that my money be refunded and no one answers my emails. I even called the phone number available to try to contact a human being and no one answers the phone. I would not suggest that anyone have anything to do with this company under any circumstances.I got the reply from Trustpilot but there's a couple of concerns that you should know about. 1. I don't live in Canada I live in the US.2. I already contacted PayPal for a refund because no one there had responded to emails or phone.
