This place only cares about money
This place only cares about money, not the quality of the service provided. Spent a significant amount on turf for my whole backyard. They brought the product first week of July during the hot Arizona sun with triple digit temperatures. The product sat at my curb with heavy clear plastic bags and other tools rolled into itself for over two weeks. once they installed, I noticed a very large area of uneven turf. I noticed right away there was a large spot of turf that seem to be misshapen and would not stand up like carpet fibers would. The workers explained that after a week they should go away. It didn’t. immediately called. The company came out and took pictures and later on had the audacity to blame it on the fact that I had a window which didn’t even hit that area of the line that was causing this problem. I again very patiently explained that this showed up on the day of install, and could not be because by my window, due to the fact that it not only did NOT hit the spot in question, which was approximately 7 feet long, but also I had pictures to prove that it was THERE on the day of the install that the turf, looked like it was burned. I have written emails and letters with no response, and a year later I am still left with burnt turf because THEY left it out on the street with heavy plastic bags on top of it, which clearly melted the area. The owner and it’s staff does not care. They simply want your money. Stay far away from this company.

My Lawn is Stunningly Beautiful !
I wanted to have my side yard grass removed and a new artificial lawn installed. I put it out to bid and chose 3 known companies. Artificial Grass Masters won the bid with a superior product, superior price and more importantly, a superior reputation. Their crew was here on time exactly when they were supposed to be and worked through 105 degree heat. The foreman, Raoul, was definitely a highly experienced contractor in installing artificial grass. Raoul and the other three installers on site did a great job and he made sure each step in the installation was to my satisfaction. I chose the "Legacy Pro" turf for its color and thick texture and it is absolutely beautiful, we LOVE it. Hats off to Richard, the company manager who takes care of your invoices and answers all your questions, to Angel for a great job as the project manager and again to Raoul and his crew. This company has terrible customer service. Two weeks after job was finished the unused material and dumpster were still in my front yard. I called on several occasions to ask when they would remove it. They didn’t seem to know nor care. It is still in front of my house. I would never recommend them.

Sam and foreman Richard & his crew!
Sam from Artificial Grass Masters was totally professional and awesome! He listened to our plan and gave us excellent advice. He answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the products available. He was very low-key and did not pressure us into any decisions. Our foreman Richard and his crew included very hardworking men! They went the extra mile and even helped us on dumping some “old stuff” we wanted to get rid of. They were extremely polite and quietly and quickly got on with the job! They did an amazing clean-up job too! I would definitely recommend Sam and Richard and his crew to do any landscaping job you need!Thank you guys!

Do not I repeat do not call these guys for anything! I had them install grass and pavers in my backyard and within the first 4months it was ruined. I called and they sent out a technician to look and he said he would look into it.. that was 4years ago.. I didnt hear anything back from them so I waited a little bit and called them back and they ended up sending another guy out. Ends up they didnt install it pl properly and a window nearby was reflecting the sun onto the grass and melting it. So they sent me a quote of 400$ to fix it (this was 3years after they installed it) I then said ok that's fine let's move forward and get it done. Couple months later it never got done and they had to send out ANOTHER technician and now to repair it is 1000$ to fix it. I called them and the the guy was rude and hung up the phone on me.... just the absolutle worse experience I've ever had with any company with anything. Just be aware of that. Would not recommend and will not use again.

I ultimately chose this company over the other 3 I had bid for my job because of the professionalism and they were veteran owned. I have had my putting green installed for a little over a year. I purchased the extra warranty just in case because this is my 1st time dealing with turf and don’t know a whole lot about it. Once they get your money, they will quickly forget about you and give you the run around. I’ve had a split in my turf for 3 months. And I was told it would be covered, I’ve called 3 times and emailed twice. Some people came out to fix it. In broken English they said it could not be fixed so I called their boss George, and he says he will have to get back to me. This happened 3 times now. With no resolve or an update. Save your money and go with another turf company/installer.

The job was completed in a timely manner and exactly how we wanted it. There was even a Quality Control Guy that came by and inspected everything at the end of the process to ensure that everything was up to the company's standard. I would highly recommend the company.

I recently had my front-yard turf replaced by Artificial Grass Masters. From the initial appointment, I was impressed with my salesman and project manager's (Richard) technical knowledge vs competitors.I was very happy with quality of the turf and the install job.Another point worth mentioning is of the four different companies I had give me estimates, Richard was the only one who pointed out that one of the windows of my house could act as a magnifying glass with sunlight and eventually burn/damage the turf. The solution was a sun screen for that window, which was included in the price of the job.Would I hire them again or recc to neighbors who are looking for turf installation? yes.

Had several landscaping changes made to our yard and the project manager made careful notes of each one, all on his I-pad. Was impressed with how he was able to complete a detailed estimate before he left. He also left a folder with information about his company and how he can service us better than others. Everything went as schedule and was completed in one day, mainly due to the hard work of his crew. Clean up was excellent and we were given a final detailed receipt along with a printed warranty. They left us with a good feeling about our decision to hire them.

I have a few issues at the beginning, but the team squared and corrected with no hesitation to pleased me as a customer.. The crew very responsible, on time and focus on their job project. The outcome was amazing and looks as beautiful as a RESORT. All neigbors seems to like it also. Artificial Grass Masters...just the best!
Frank and his crew at Artificial Grass Masters just finished installing our new lawn today and they did an excellent job. Their teamwork got it installed in no time at all. The crew was professional, courteous, and efficient and proceeded from step to step with minimal delay. They even moved rock from the backyard to areas of the front yard to fill low and uneven areas which wasn't even part of the original project to help us out. We couldn't be happier with the project outcome and the look of the installed grass. It is so natural and you would think it has been there for years.

After completion of job In December Called about water leaking and was asked to call back in January because all workers were booked. We called January 3rd talk to Victor he said to call back next week. We called Victor said he was too busy and would charge to come and take a look then stated if he takes his workers off the job then it would cost money. Victor said I wold pay for it. Would never refer this company again I need a lawyer.

My experience with Artificial Grass Masters was nothing but excellent from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, suggested a couple of ideas and completed the job as they said. They gave me before and after pictures so I could send copies to the City of Tempe, who send me a reward for the water I will be saving. I have had many cars stop and take a second look a the beautiful lawn. God seems to like it also. He seems to blow the leaves, from neighbors trees, off the grass every couple of days. I would definitely recommend Artificial Grass Masters if you are interested in replacing your current ground cover.
