They followed up with me for all my questions and helped me customize my chandelier. The first chandelier came damaged from shipping, their customer service was great and they sent me a new chandelier promptly at no additional costs or headache. My new dining room chandelier is beautiful. Thank you.
Their customer service is superb! I ordered an expensive pair of glasses for a gift and when they arrived, one of the glasses was broken. I contacted them and immediately got a reply back, and a replacement was shipped out within just a few days, in plenty of time for Christmas. And the glasses are absolutely gorgeous. Five stars all around!
