Disappointing! My Second and Last Purchase from Montford Art
I’m sorry to say that ‘Greetings’ was the artwork I reluctantly chose for my coastal-themed living room. This was my second (and final) purchase from Montford Art, and I was completely let down by the subpar quality of the painting and their lack of interest in customer input. They didn’t ask for my approval before shipping, and even though I suggested a couple of adjustments, nothing was done.This really disappointed me. The company doesn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction at all.I definitely won’t be coming back for a third painting!

This company stands by their work and reputation. They sent pictures of the painting for approval and modified the painting as requested until satisfaction was met. The final product is just beautiful! I highly recommend them!

It took three revisions but a true work of art!
I was very nervous about the review and modification process. The first time I was asked to review the painting, I was surprised that the color was much more vivid than the sample painting on the website. I requested that the painting be darkened, and then I though it was too dark. After the third revision the painting was perfect.

Greetings is the name of the art piece I chose for my Coastal living room. This is my 2nd purchase from Montford Art and I am so impressed by the quality of the painting but also they ask your approval prior to shipping. Both times I asked for a couple of things to be added to the paintings and it was done. This impressed me! The company wants you to be completely satisfied with their paintings. I will return for a 3rd painting!

I have ordered from this gallery 5 or 6 times. Never had any issue. I'm a big fan of their artists but I just wish they had more paintings on the website and more options for frames. But they do custom requests so you can send them painting you like and have it made just for you.

Love the original hand painted art. Especially love the inclusivity they offer, regarding the sizes. I got in touch with john before i made my order, because i needed my piece in the size that wasn't offered on the website. Turns out - they can make it in any size you want! Another thing is - you can request different colors on your piece so if you like a painting but the colors don't match your interior - go for it!! It feels even more special having 100% one-of-a-kind painting in my living room. I got patchy for our living room and endless beach for my daughters' room.
