They cancel appointments left and right so they never are able to get the work done.
Apptive hasn't been out in months and won't schedule. So I'm getting robbed of my money for no service. Horrid service

The service is decent but not great
The service is decent but not great. After the treatment was applied, I went out into my backyard and still found lots of spider webs even though the treatment is supposed to include dewebbing. I also found a very large trail of ants after I had specifically mentioned that ants were an issue. The service is done very quickly, which can be a good thing or a bad thing. In this case, there have been several occasions where treatment is complete within 20 minutes, which tells me the employee is not being entirely thorough and then I'm still finding issues that should be pretty obvious if there is attention to detail.

Our pest control specialist arrives on schedule, established a cohesive plan of attack, modifying it when results warrant, and from my perspective they have been excellent! The technician' very inobtrusive when he stops by, and I have no complaints!

APTIVE HQ mixup
APTIVE HQ, located where (?) confused me, and an appointment I had, with an identically-named customer in MD! (I live in NM!). The Tech there messaged me that he was "out front to meet me"... but of course I was 2000 miles away! He said I had to personally reschedule the appointment. Walter, a manager in Rio Rancho NM, got on it and (hopefully) got it straightened out...and he got me a next day appointment locally which went very well with Vanessa! I really like their services.

It Makes A Difference
We have had Aptive for 4 years. The services they provide make a noticeable difference in our home. We would get your typical small bugs, and there is much less in/around the house throughout the seasons. It’s worth my wife’s peace of mind knowing she’s not scared to go around the corner, especially in areas like the basement.
