They send not working material
I ordered a board for a washing machine.They sent a faulty board, not working.I sent them e-mails, but they never answered.They are scammers.They change the name of the company, for people not know their past.

I ordered a spare part and paid by credit card. A few hours later, the company cancels the order. Tried to redo the order and ask them to pay back the pennies from the first order, but the same thing happens again. Apparently a scam company. No replay from the company..

Delighted with my purchase
Delighted with my purchase. Struggled to find a replacement fluff filter for my White Knight Tumble Dryer which had been discontinued. Secondhand but in fantastic condition. Highly recommend.

I looked everywhere to source a part for my tumble dryer, without which I couldn’t use it and would have had to buy a new appliance. This company supplied the part, it was very reasonably priced and arrived within 4 days! Very impressed, thank you!

Great service
The control panel on our microwave failed and I didn't want to just throw it away and buy another. I googled the part number and found this store, I was a bit sceptical at first with the website being so simple and the few negative reviews but I took a punt anyway. Bought on Tuesday, arrived friday. Give them a go, repair not replace!

Best service
This shop saved our quite old dishwasher!I was unable to get the part here in Austria or Germany, I only found it here - and it was the last one in stock!I contacted the seller if they would send it to Austria - since Brexit sending packages and money became quite difficult again. It said on the web page that orders may take some time at holiday season but I got the part real quick. I replaced it and our dishwasher works again! Best service!!

Placed an order for a Bosch Washing…
Placed an order for a Bosch Washing machine12/08/24. Received confirmation email stating will be shipped within 3 Days. Tacking no will be emailed on despatch of the goods. Phoned 5 days later - got a recorded message to leave my detail of the query, which I duly complied. No call-back. Emailed several time, and got no response. called today 27/08/24. Have got in touch with my credit card to recover the money.

Fast response from the company. Part delivered in a reasonable time. As a suggestion: Please provide an option for alternative delivery method. I'd happily pay a little more for an express delivery option and a choice of carrier.

I ordered a oven clock timer and shorly after I received an e-mail that my order was cancelled without any explanation. Anthony replied that my order was processed a ready for shipping. Quit some time past and I contacted Anthony a few times, in which he prommised to deliver. After a while I got the feeling I was scammed, but to my surprise the timer was delivered. I needed a filter for a White Knight tumble dryer not made anymore so not easy to obtain at a reasonable cost Google led me to this company who had one for a very reasonable price Would highly recommend

White Knight Discontinued Tumble Dryer
I have a white knight tumble dryer and the doors inner plastic bowl had began to crack and thought I would need to replace the whole complete door but found out you could replace just the inner bowl which was true and so checked on white knights official website and found out that parts for this tumble dryer are no longer in production and so I then went onto Google and searched for the part required and obviously eBay results was shown but also ApplianceSpareParts which stocked the required door inner bowl for a great price.The item arrived quickly than I was expecting and was exactly as advertised and described on the website and was easily replaced and done in under ten minutes.So overall very very happy as i can continue to use the tumble dryer for hopefully many many more years for just under £16 including delivery.

Difficult to find washing machine motor.....Swift service, dispatched day after payment made, arrived next day. Anthony replied to emails and did the business.Couldn't fault it, just needs a bit of polish in terms of email replies andphone number doesn't work, but Hell, what can you expect, it's not Currys where you can't find anybody to serve you anyway.Rob W.
