SCAM!!
I had a very poor experience with this translation company. My document had approximately 150 words, but I was charged for 300 words, which resulted in a $75 charge. Additionally, it took 6 days to receive the translation.After payment was collected, they delivered a translation without the required certification. When I contacted them to request the certification, I was told I had to pay an additional $20, with the explanation that they “cannot give things for free.” This requirement was not clearly disclosed upfront.After several days of back and forth emails, unnecessary waste of time, and continued follow ups, they finally apologized and sent the certification.The service was misleading and felt like an attempt to collect more money after payment, similar to a scam. The lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and avoid using this service.
